1. Lemon Yogart Salad Dressing
2 tbsp plain yogart
1/2 - 2/3 cup olive oil
1 big garlic clove
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 - 1 tsp unpasteurized honey
Natural msea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a small Mason jar and shake. Keep in the refrigerator and bring to room temperature before using.

2. Simple Oriental Dressing
1/2 cup hempseed oil
1/2 cup Bragg' soy seasoning

Combine all ingredients together. Mixing well. Store remainder in refrigerator. Enjoy!

3.  Dijon Honey Mustard Dressing
1   cup olive oil or hempseed oil
1/4 cup white vinegar (or combo of white and apple cider vinegar)
1 tbsp raw agave syrup or unpasteurized honey
1 tbsp Dijpn mastard
1/2 - 1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tsp dried pasley flakes

Combine all ingredients together, mixing well.Store remainder in refrigerator. Enjoy! Wonderful

4. Balsamic Dressing
1 cup olive oil
1/4 tsp balsamic vinegar

Mix or shake together and enjoy.

5. Spinach dressing
1/3 cup olive oil
3 tsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp juice of an orange
1 tsp Dijon mustard

Combine all ingredients together, mixing well.Store remainder in refrigerator.

6. Healthiest salad dressing
1 cup flax oil(for Omega 3) or 1 cup hempseed oil(for Omega 6)
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 oregano
1 garlic clove, crushed

Combine all ingredients together, mixing well.Store remainder in refrigerator. 


7. Yummy Beet and Feta Salad
Colorful, tasty and full of phytonutrients to support over health.

3 beets
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
10 fresh basil leaves (or more)
1 tbsp dill
2 tbsp feta cheese
1/3 cup chick peas or black bean(Optional)

Steam beets for 5 - 7 minutes. Cool in col water, remove peel and cut into 1/2" cubes. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and serve. Yum!

8. Citrous Julius
I you didn't know better, you 'd think someone just bough you a delicious"Grapefruit Julius" I incredibly refreshing and wonder liver tonic too.

1 large grapefruiot, peeled, seed removed
1 lemon or lime juice and pulp
1 cup water
1 inch fresh ginger
 dash   cayenne pepper(optional)
1 tbsp flax oil or orange flavored cod liver oil (optional)
1 tbsp chia seed
1 stevia powder for sweetener
Blend and enjoy.
