The dream of finding the natural ingredient for prevention and treatment of irregular menstruation without adverse effects in replacement of conventional medication has no through antioxidant t been abated. Some ingredients have to discard due to it can achieve the same potent results in human trials.

Recent studies suggested that pepper fruits (Capsicum annuum L.)(1), sweet potato(4) and pineapple(5) may have a potential and therapeutic value for reduced risk and treatment of cervical cancer probably due to theirs' phytochemicals effect in ameliorated proliferation of cancer cell expression.

Irregular menstruation or period is defined as condition in which a woman is experience abnormal variation of length of the menstrual cycle. While the normal menstrual cycle is 28-35 days, women who are experience with irregular menstrual cycle can have a length variation between 8 and 20 days or shorter than 21 days, or longer than 36 days

Phenolic acid glycossides found hot pepper fruits(1) and herbal medicine such as rhizomes of Polygonum paleaceum(2) exerted anti irregular menstruation effects through exhibition of free radical-scavenging activity(2). According to the Kunming Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Science, a new phenolic glycoside isolated from Balanophora involucrata HOOK.f. & THOMSON (Balanophoraceae), also displayed antioxidant properties in attenuated the expression of free radicals(3).

Vitamin E, best known for its powerful antioxidant property is a fat soluble vitamin found abundantly in sweet potato plays an essential role in regulation of normal menstrual period(4).Low serum vitamin E concentration is associated to irregular menstrual function in in athletes, according
to reported by Dr. Tomten SE Dr, Høstmark AT(4).

Melatonin, best known for its function in induced sleep, found abundantly in pineapples may also have an direct influence against irregular menstruation(5). According to the Yamaguchi University School of Medicine, abnormal plasma melatonin concentration in most of the women with an anovulatory cycle or amenorrhea was within the range of the mean level of +/- 1.5 x the standard deviation obtained from the 20 women with a regular menstrual cycle(5).

Dr.Miyauchi F and colleagues at the Ehime Rosai Hospital said, " The incidence (of irregular menstrual cycle)was significantly higher in women working at night than women working during the day" plasma concentrations of melatonin and prolactin at 0200 h were significantly lower in nurses of the working group than others of the resting group"(6).

The combination of Bell Pepper, Sweet potato and Pineapple smoothie may hold a key in further studies in production of an effective natural ingredients to reduce risk and treatment of irregular menstruation without inducing adverse effects.
Women who are at higher risk of irregular menstruation due to family history, obesity,...should take at least one serving daily. Women with irregular menstruation should drink as much as they can depending to the digestive toleration.

The finding of a natural source for treatment of Chronic Cough without induced side effects has encountered many obstacles, many ingredients showed initially the promising result in animal studies have not produced same potentials in either large sample size and mutli centers human trials.
Orange(1) and Wolfberry(4) Juice and Honey(6) with or without Low Fat Milk in recent studies by renowned institution suggested that the combined ingredients may consist a potential effect for production of natural alternation in treating respiratory disease, including cough.

Cough is a continued reflection and natural reaction of lung to clear the large breathing passages from secretions, irritants, foreign particles, etc.

Chronic cough is a condition of coughing lasting more than eight weeks in adult and 4 weeks in children, affecting night time sleep caused by some underlying health problems, including astroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).

In conventional medicine, gabapentin and morphine are prescribed most frequently as top medication to treat and induced positive effects on cough-related quality of life, but only gabapentin was recommended(9).

In traditional Chinese medicine, the formula Nin Jiom Pei Pa Koa has shown effectively in treatment of chronic cough and other condition such as sore throat, coughs, hoarseness, and loss of voice. You can buy them in any Chinese herbal store about $7.00 CAN. According to the China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, King To Nin Jiom Pei Pa Koa had significant cough relieving and sputum removing effects through its anti inflammaoty activties(10).

According to University of Turin, patients with unexplained chronic cough are associated to vitamin B12 deficiency(3), as the vitamin supplement significantly improved symptoms and laryngeal, bronchial, and cough thresholds in oral administration.

Vitamin C, also known as L-ascorbic acid, a water-soluble vitamin, found abundantly in orange juice, is best known for its free radical scavengers activity and regenerating oxidized vitamin E for immune support in reduced risk of "morning cough", "chronic cough", "wheeze" and "wheeze ever(11).

According to the National Institute of Public Health and the Environment (RIVM), intake of vitamin C exhibited protective effects against respiratory symptoms in comparison to those with lower intake(2).

Dr.Goldman RD at the Canadian Paediatric Society, Drug Therapy and Hazardous Substances Committee, suggested, use of over counter medicine for treatment of cough in adult populations when cough frequency and severity, may cause medication errors and adverse events(3). Therefore, cough and cold therapies should consider intake of vitamin C and other forms of natural sources instead(3).

Wolfberry, also known as lycium fruits is the common name for the fruit of two very closely related species, the genus of Lycium, belongings to family Solanaceae, native to native to southeastern Europe and Asia. has been found effective in treatment of various human infectious diseases, including cough, according to the Hazara University Mansehra, Pakistan(4).

Dr. Cassileth B, professor at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, said, " The berries of Lycium barbarum, a perennial plant native to Asia and southeastern Europe, have been used for centuries in traditional Chinese medicine to treat poor vision, anemia, inflammation, and cough"(6).
The fruit water extract also exhibited anti-inflammatory effect for treatment of cough through suppression of pro inflammatory cytokines(5).
Honey, the rich golden liquid is the miraculous product made by bees using nectar from flowers, is considered as one of healthy sweet food for replacing the use of white sugar and artificial sweetener by many people. Recently, it is considered as effective treatment of childhood cough, persistent post-infectious cough, according to the joint study lead by the Maastricht University Medical Center (MUMC)(7).

Dr. Ran D. Goldman, at the the College of Family Physicians of Canada said, "There is increasing evidence that a single dose of honey might reduce mucus secretion and reduce cough in children."(8).
In the study of honey for acute cough in children, Dr. Oduwole O and the research team at the University of Calabar Teaching Hospital (ITDR/P), insisted (without consideration of the adverse effect of conventional medicine of dextromethorphan) that honey may be better than 'no treatment' and diphenhydramine in the symptomatic relief of cough but not better than dextromethorphan(9).

Orange juice, containing the highest amount of vitamin C in comparison to other fruits may mimic the similar effects when use conjunction with wolf berry and honey for reduced risk and treatment of cough with no adverse effects.

People who are at increased risk of Chronic cough , due to family history, smoking,....should drink the juices at least one a day. People with Chronic cough should drink the juice as much as as they can depending to digestive toleration.
Life style and diet pattern change are recommended.

The smoothie for prevention and treatment of  Liver disease
Yield: 2 servings (about 8 ounces each)
1 cup blueberry
1/2 cup grape
1 cup green tea drink (Make from 4 grams of green tea and a cup of hot water lipped for 5 minutes, and let cool to room temperature)

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree about 1 minute
2. Blend on high speed about 1 minute or until the mixture is thick and the ice is well crushed.
3. Serve immediately

The finding of a natural source for treatment of  Liver disease   has been running into many obstacles, many ingredients showed initially with promising result in animal studies have not produced same potentials in large sample size and mutli centers human trials.

Liver disease or hepatic disease is defined as a condition of damage of liver or inflammatory causes of diseases to the liver.
Recent reports of study back by renowned institutions, conveyed that green tea(1) may be holding a key for extracting natural ingredient for reduced early onset and treatment of liver diseases.

Green tea has been a precious drink in traditional Chinese culture and used exceptional in socialization for more than 4000 thousand years. Due to its commercial values and health effects, green tea now has been cultivated all over the world in suitable climate. According to the Saitama Cancer Center Research Institute,, regular intake of green tea drink is associated to protective effects against liver diseases(1).

In eight-week-old male C57BL/6J mice, fed a normal chow diet or high-fat diet (HFD) for 17 weeks, intake of pu-erh tea extract (PTE) ameliorated hepatic lipid metabolism, inflammation, and insulin resistance functions through by modulating hepatic IL-6/STAT3 signaling, the pro inflammatory pathway(2).
Dr. Yin X and colleagues at joint study lead by the Zhujiang Hospital of Southern Medical University, regardless of the race of the individual concerned where the Asian, American and European, green tea reduced risk of liver diseases, including hepatitis, hepatocellular carcinoma, liver steatosis, chronic liver disease,....(3).

Resveratrol, found abundantly in grape and blueberry,  is a plant-derived polyphenol with a potential as a food source to extend lifespan and healthspan in model organism. According to the University of Kansas Medical Center, the phytochemical exerted liver protective effects in xenobiotic-induced liver injury and other forms of liver injury(4). Also in acetaminophen hepatotoxicity causes of cause of acute liver injury and liver failure, resveratrol protected against Overdose of acetaminophen (APAP) hepatotoxicity through exhibiting antioxidant effects and preventing mitochondrial release of enzyme endonucleases and nuclear DNA damage(5).
Furthermore, the phytochemical may also be potential in reduced risk and treatment of liver fibrosis via the regulation of pro inflammatory, Akt/NF-κB pathways(6).

Pterostilbene, another antioxidant found in bluebrerry, used conjunction with resveratrol (RESV) expressed genotoxic and/or antigenotoxic effects through pro-apoptotic activity in HepG2 cells lines(7). Furthermore, pterostilbene also is potential against acetaminophen-induced hepatotoxicity(8), dimethylnitrosamine-induced liver fibrosis(9), plasma lipoproteins and cholesterol in hypercholesterolemic(10).

The finding of the effectiveness of Green Tea, Grape and Blue Berry may serve as cornerstones of pharmaceutical target for further studies as well as a potential medication for treatment of  Liver disease.

People who are at increased risk of  Liver disease, due to family history, alcohol drinking,....should drink the juices at least one a day. People with  Liver disease should drink the juice as much as  as they can depending to digestive toleration.

                            Respiratory Disease

Respiratory Disease is defined as medical conditions, affecting the breathing organ and tissues including Inflammatory lung disease, Obstructive lung diseases, Restrictive lung diseases, Respiratory tract infections, trachea, bronchi, bronchioles, alveoli, the nerves and muscles breathing , etc,.

                     Lower respiratory tract infection

The lower respiratory tract infection are the infection consisting of the trachea (wind pipe), bronchial tubes, the bronchioles, and the lungs, including the bronchitis and pneumonia. According to The World Health Report 2004 – Changing History(1), in 2002 lower respiratory track infection were still the leading cause of deaths among all infectious diseases, and accounted for 3.9 million deaths worldwide and 6.9% of all deaths that year.

                                      Pneumonia

Pneumonia is a condition of the inflammation of the lung as a result of infection, caused by bacteria, such as bacteria Streptococcus pneumoniae or influenza viruses in most cases. Fungi, such as Pneumocystis jiroveci, certain medication such as PPI Stomach Acid Drugs and other conditions such as impaired immune systems can also induced the disease.

                                  Prevention

 Antioxidants to prevent pneumonia
1. Hyperbaric oxygenation as antioxidant
In the study to use Hyperbaric oxygenation (HBO) in a complex intensive therapy of 194 children, aged 3 days to 3 years, with severe pneumonias, showed that initially the patients have revealed intensification of free radical processes (FRP) with a simultaneous decrease in the level of enzyme and non-enzyme protection and a drastic increase in gluco- and mineralocorticoid adrenal function. HBO and antioxidants (unithiol and alpha-tocopherol) yielded excellent and good results (a drop in FRP level and activation of enzyme antioxidant protection) in 75.8% of patients. HBO was ineffective in 17% of cases, in 7.2% of patients signs of the developing oxygen intoxication have been revealed(65).
2. Vitamin D
In the study to determine the role of oral vitamin D supplementation for resolution of severe pneumonia in under-five children in Two hundred children [mean (SD) age: 13.9 (11.7) months; boys: 120] between 2 months to 5 years with severe pneumonia, showed that Short-term supplementation with oral vitamin D (1000-2000 IU per day for 5 days) has no beneficial effect on resolution of severe pneumonia in under-five children. Further studies need to be conducted with higher dose of Vitamin D or longer duration of supplementation to corroborate these findings(66).
3. Zinc
Diarrhoeal disorders and acute respiratory infections (ARIs), especially pneumonia, are the most common causes of death in low-income countries. According to teh study by the Departments of Community Medicine and Child Health, Christian Medical College, zinc supplementation had no overall effect on the duration of hospitalization or of clinical signs associated with severe infection in young children hospitalized for severe pneumonia in southern India. This finding differs from the results of 2 previously reported trials wherein zinc supplementation was associated with a shorter period of recovery from severe pneumonia. Given the conflicting results, further research in representative settings is required to help clarify the role of zinc in the treatment of severe pneumonia(67).
4. Vitamin-A, vitamin C, vitamin E, folic acid and zinc
In a cross-sectional and controlled clinical trial conducted in under-5 children to compare the effects of supplementation of five micronutrients (vitamin-A, vitamin C, vitamin E, folic acid and zinc) on the morbidity and on the duration of hospital stay in pneumonia, by Rangpur Medical College, found that the average duration of hospital staying was 6.75 days in intervention group and 7.75 days in control group (p<0.01). Chest indrawing and fast breathing disappeared earlier in the intervention group (p<0.01) suggesting that supplementation of micronutrients decrease the morbidity and duration of hospital stay of children suffering from pneumonia(68).

The finding of a natural source for treatment of Chronic Kidney disease  has been running into many obstacles, many ingredients showed initially with promising result in animal studies have not produced same potentials in large sample size and mutli centers human trials.

Chronic Kidney disease is defined as a condition of the progression loss of kidney function over period of many years. Stage of chronic kidney disease according to the National Kidney Foundation's Kidney Disease Outcomes Quality Initiative (KDOQ). According to the George Institute for Global
Health, The presence of antioxidant may induced some benefits, particularly in those on dialysis(1).
Dr. Zachara BA said, "Oxidative stress plays a key role in numerous disease processes including chronic kidney disease (CKD). In general, oxygen metabolism leads to the formation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) dangerous to cells"(2).
Selenium, found abundantly in Brazil nut, was effectively in ameliorated oxidative stress and inflammation in hemodialysis (HD) patients, after 12 months through attenuated 8-isoprostane, 8-OHdG, the free radicals and cytokines, increased and the activity of GPx and expressed selenium plasma levels(3).
According to the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), hemodialysis (HD) patients may be benefits in consumption of only one Brazil nut per day in 3 months as the study insisted that the procedure not only is effective against the inflammation, oxidative stress markers, and the atherogenic risk, but also improved the antioxidant defenses in HD patients(4).

Honey, the rich golden liquid is the miraculous product made by bees using nectar from flowers. It is considered as one of healthy sweet food for replacing the use of white sugar and artificial sweetener by many people. may also process the property as an antioxidant in reduced the expression of oxidative stress.  According to the Universiti Sains Malaysia, "administered alone or in combination with conventional therapy, honey might be a novel antioxidant in the management of chronic diseases commonly associated with oxidative stress"(5).
Dr,. Johnson DW and colleagues suggested, honey may also be effective against antibiotic-resistant microorganisms induced hemodialysis catheters infection of HD patients, topically(6).

Omega 3 fatty acids found abundantly in flax seed may be used conjunction with a cholesterol-lowering medication atorvastatin for treatment of chronic kidney disease (CKD)(7).
treatment of omega-3 FA-supplemented group after 6 months expressed a clinical benefit of increased vitamin D, fetuin-A levels, and modified erythrocyte membrane FA contents in dialysis patients of that reduced risk complications of vascular calcification and cardiovascular disease(8).

The finding of the effectiveness of Brazil Nut, Flax Seed and Honey may serve as cornerstones of pharmaceutical target for further studies as well as a potential medication for treatment of Chronic Kidney disease.

People who are at increased risk of Chronic Kidney disease, due to family history, obesity, diabetes,....should drink the juices at least one a day. People with Chronic Kidney disease. should drink the juice as much as  as they can depending to digestive toleration.

Fungi, such as Pneumocystis jiroveci, certain medication such as PPI Stomach Acid Drugs and other conditions such as impaired immune systems can also induced the disease.

                                           The Diagnosis

Diagnosis is totally dependent to the causes of the diseases by determining whether the cause of CAP is a bacterium, atypical bacterium, or virus. If you are experience some of the above symptoms and if your doctor suspects that you have restrictive lung function, after recording your family history and completing the physical exam, the test which your doctor orders include
1. Chest X-rays
X-rays can detemine the presence of pneumonia and the location of the infection. In the study to investigate the relation between physicians’ predicted probabilities of pneumonia and their utilities for ordering chest x-rays to detect pneumonia, the authors studied 52 physicians who ordered chest x-rays of 886 patients presenting to an emergency department with fever or respiratory complaints, found that physicians who experienced greater regret over missing a pneumonia than over ordering an unnecessary x-ray estimated lower probabilities of pneumonia for patients for whom they ordered x-rays.(53).
2. Blood test
The aim of the blood test is to measure your white cell count and look for the presence of viruses, bacteria or other organisms of which have caused the infection. According to the study by University of Florida, monitoring WBC concentration is a useful approach for early detection of infected foals on farms with a high prevalence of R equi pneumonia. In contrast, serologic surveillance by use of an AGID assay is of little benefit for that purpose(54).
3. Mucus tests
The aim of the test is to determine types of microorganism which cause the diseases
4. Etc.

The finding of a natural source for reduced risk and treatment of Jaundice has encountered many obstacles, many ingredients showed initially the promising result in animal studies have not produced same potentials in either large sample size and mutli centers human trials.

Recent study from some well known institutions suggested that combination of Broccoli(1) and fennel(4) and celery(8) may hold a key for a natural ingredients for reduced painful symptoms and treatment of Jaundice.
Alpha-lipoic acid, found abundantly in Broccoli, exhibited liver protective effects against the development of jaundice hepatitis, cirrhosis, and hepatic coma,...(1).
Jaundice is a condition of yellowish pigmentation of the skin and the whites of the eye as a result of either the body is producing too much, or not getting rid of bilirubin in the fat layer under the skin
fast enough due to conditions of liver or gallbladder.

According to the Tabriz University of Medical Sciences, lipoic acid (LA) intake significantly attenuated the liver and intestine damage and injure and morbidity and mortality in in patients with obstructive jaundice during biliary tract surgery(2).
In support of the effectiveness of lipoic acid use for treatment of jaundice, Dr.Lyzogub VH and research team insisted, the liver protective effects of LA also include, "improved liver circulation and treated chronic liver diseases, such as cirrhosis, and hepatic coma, to treat diabetes, and diabetic neuropathy to alter carbohydrate metabolism, atherosclerosis, coronary atherosclerosis and many others disease"(3).

Lycopene, found abundantly in tomato may also be beneficiary for prevention and treatment of jaundice. According to the University of Hacettepe, frequent intake of lycopene significantly ameliorated the DNA damage, and improved the liver and kidney tissue injuries in rats with obstructive jaundice(4), probably through its liver protective and antioxidant properties(5).

The Smoothie of Broccoli and cooked Tomato may hold a key for further studies in production of a curable natural remedy for prevention and treatment of Jaundice.
.
People who are at  increased risk of Jaundice due to family history, weaken liver function,....should drink at least one cup or more daily. People with Jaundice may drink as much as they can, depending to the digestive toleration.
