The finding of a natural source for reduced risk and treatment of Breast pain has encountered many obstacles, many ingredients showed initially the promising result in animal studies have not produced same potentials in either large sample size and mutli centers human trials.

Scientists in some well known institutions may have found the therapeutic and potential ingredients from natural sources(such as Flax seed, Vitex agnus extract and Avocado ) for reduced risk and treatment of Breast pain

Breast pain is any discomfort, tenderness, or pain in the breast or underarm region due to change of hormone just before, during and after period. According to  Dr. Goyal A 'Breast pain may be cyclical (worse before a period) or non-cyclical, originating from the breast or the chest wall, and occurs at some time in 70% of women(8).

Flaxseed oil, an extracted from the seeds of the flax plant (Linum usitatissimum) contained both omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids may be effective in reduced breast pain for women with Breast engorgement. According to the joint study led by the Tabriz University of Medical Sciences, in randomized controlled trial on 159 women, Flaxseed are effective in short-term period in decreasing cyclical mastalgia(1).
The Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center study in review the effectiveness of flaxseed in of the literature of data bases suggested that the seed may benefit women with cyclic mastalgia (breast pain) due to the efficacy of alpha-linoleic acid(2).
Dr. Rosolowich V and colleagues at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority, said, "Flaxseedshould be considered as a first-line treatment for cyclical mastalgia"(3).

Chaste tree berry is a species of Vitex agnus-castus, genus Vitex, belongings to the family Lamiaceae, native to the Mediterranean region, used in herbal medicine for thousands of year as anaphrodisiac herb and is considered as Queen herb in treating menstrual problems. The herbal extract has found effectively in reduced pain in women with Breast engorgement(4).
According to the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology-University, the popular herbal treatment, Vitex agnus-castus L. showed to reduce serum prolactin levels and ameliorate cyclic mastalgia in comparable to bromocriptine(5).
Dr. Halaska M and colleafues at the I. gynek.-porod. klinika 1. said, " Intensity of breast pain diminished quicker with .Vitex agnus castus (VACS) extract group. The tolerability was satisfactory. We found VACS to be useful in the treatment of cyclical breast pain in women"(4).

Vitamin E, a fat soluble vitamin found abundantly in avocado may also be used as natural supplemental agents for treatment of cyclic mastalgia, according to the study led by Hamadan University of Medical Sciences(6).
The evaluation the effectiveness of vitamin E, evening primrose oil (EPO), and the combination of vitamin E and EPO for pain control in women with cyclical mastalgiam conducted by the Mayo Clinic said,"Daily doses of 1,200 IU vitamin E, 3,000 mg EPO, or vitamin E and EPO in combination at these same dosages taken for six months may decrease the severity of cyclical mastalgia"(7).

The effectiveness of Flax seed,  Vitex agnus extract and avocado may serve as cornerstones of pharmaceutical target for further studies in production of a potential medication for for Reduced Risk and treatment of Breast pain with little or no adverse effects.

Women who are at increased risk of Breast pain due to family history,.....may drink at least one serving daily and women with Breast pain may drink as much as they can, depending to the digestive toleration.

If you are diabetic, the chance that you are overweight and this increase the
chance of high cholesterol and high blood pressure. So, to control the
glucose in your blood stream, you might want to try high protein diet
together with fighting cholesterol and high blood pressure natural remedies.

Diabetes is defined as a condition caused by insufficient insulin entering the bloodstream to regulate the glucose. It is either caused by cells in pancreas dying off or receptor sites clogged up by fat and cholesterol. In some cases, diabetes is also caused by allergic reactions of cells in the immune system.

1. Fight diabetes with extra protein in your diet:

With a high protein diet, like the high carbohydrate diet, it doubles the
amount of protein and reducing the amount of carbohydrates, because protein
does not cause the a rise in glucose after meals. You may take a bit of
protein before bedtime to protect against bouts of night-time hypoglycemia.
But, there is the dark side of high protein diet, because, with all the meat
comes a lot of saturated fat that cause the build up on your arteries. You
might lose weight, but it increase the risk of heart disease. Therefore, when
you are in high protein diet, you might want to add flax-seed supplement in
your diet to counter the fat building up in your arteries.

2. Fight cholesterol and high blood pressure with natural remedies:

a) Fatty fish like salmon, mackerel, trout, tuna and sardine are high in
omega-3 fatty acids. It helps to lower triglycerides which is the major
factor in heart disease. Omega-3 fatty acids have the uncanny ability to
break down cholesterol in lining of blood vessels and also serve as a solvent
for saturate fats.

b) Flax seed oil contains a plenty of omega-3 fatty acids. It also offers the
most cost-effective and beneficial method.

c) Celery contains a chemical that can lower levels of stress hormones in
your blood. This allow your blood vessels to expand, giving your blood more room and reducing pressure.

d) Cayenne contains the active ingredients capsaicin. Therefore, it has
multiple functions, including the ability to lower blood pressure and
cholesterol levels. There are plenty of natural remedies to help lowering your
blood glucose, high blood pressure and cholesterol level such as avocado, bee pollen, kiwi,
wild yam, bilberry,...etc.Before you would like to try any type of diet and supplement, please consult with your doctor. Be sure to ask for any side effect as well.

                                                      Rheumatoid Arthritis

Rheumatoid Arthritis is defined a chronic disorder as a result of inflammation, affecting mostly the flexible (synovial) joints and tissues and organs in the body. The disease affects more women than men and generally occurs after the ages of 40, causing diminished quality of life of many elders(1). According to CDC, Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) affects over 52 millions of adults in the US alone, including 294,000 children under age 18 with some form of arthritis or rheumatic conditions(2). Rheumatoid Arthritis can induced bone loss through elevating bone resorption without increasing bone formation(4). A cross-sectional population-based study of 1042 patients with rheumatoid arthritis showed that RA patients had an increased risk of death from various causes(4a).

10. Green Tea
Green tea has been a precious drink in traditional Chinese culture and used exceptional in socialization for more than 4000 thousand years.
In mouse model, epigallocatechin 3-gallate (EGCG), a polyphenol present in green tea, may be potential use for prevention and treatment of RA by suppressing serum type-II collagen-specific immunoglobulin (Ig) IgG2a, T cell proliferation and relative frequencies of CD4 T cells,(inflammatory cytokines) through upregulation of the Nrf-2 antioxidant pathway in EGCG-mediated immunoregulation(369).
Dr. Riegsecker S and the research team at the University of Toledo, the effectiveness of epigallocatechin 3-gallate (EGCG) for treatment of RA is its ability in attenuation of the increased cytokine release and abnormally high levels of acute reactive proteins (ARPs) such as C-reactive protein (CRP), the a connecting link of inflammation in induced RA dysfunction(370). Furthermore, EGCG has been shown to be anti-inflammatory and protective in several studies using animal models of inflammatory arthritis, may be due to its function in reduced expression of inflammatory cytokines through its antioxidant and anti inflammatory properties(371), the Jean Mayer USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging at Tufts University suggested.

The smoothie for prevention and treatment of Syphilis
Yield: 2 servings (about 8 ounces each)
1 cup grape
1/2 cup mango or strawberry
1 cup green tea drink (Make from 4 grams of green tea, a slice of ginger and a cup of hot water lipped for 5 minutes, and let cool to room temperature)

The dream of finding the natural ingredient for prevention and treatment of Syphilis without adverse effects in replacement of conventional medication has not been abated. Some ingredients have to discard because of not achieving the same potent results in human trials.

Scientist community may have found the smoothie(combined ingredients of garlic, olive and coconut oils) with potential and therapeutic value for reduced risk and treatment of  Syphilis without adverse effects.

Syphilis is an chronic sexual transmission infectious disease caused by baterium Treponema pallidum subspecies pallidum. In some cases, the infection also affect the developing fetus, according to the CDC Fact Sheet.

Green tea has been a precious drink in traditional Chinese culture and used exceptional in socialization for more than 4000 thousand years. Due to its commercial values and health effects, green tea now has been cultivated all over the world in suitable climate. According to the Creighton University, epigallocatechin gallate, theaflavins isolated from green tea may have a potential to prevent sexually transmitted infections caused by infectious virus)(1).
The Int J Antimicrob Agents. 2006 Feb;27(2):181. insisted that green tea major chemical constituent (-)-epigallocatechin gallate inhibit cytoplasmic membrane function, and that licochalcones A and C inhibit energy metabolism of that exhibited anti microbial induced infectious disease(3)
Flavonoids, found abundantly in apple and from the leaves of Oncoba spinosa Forssk. (Salicaceae) used to treat human diseases, anti-infective research due to its antifungal, antiviral and antibacterial activity, epidemiological studies suggested(3), exhibited strong radical-scavenging activities against bacteria through anti microbial and enhanced immune effects(2) for treatment of syphilis, wounds and sexual impotence(2).

Phenolic acids, found abundantly in tea, mango, strawberries, rhubarb, soy, etc. according to epidemiological studies expressed strongly anti viral and microbial and antifungal activities and cytotoxicity(4), including bacteria induced Syphilis. According to the University of KwaZulu-Natal Pietermaritzburg, Phenolic Acids extraced from certain herbal medicine exhibited anti Bacillus subtilis and Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae, a filamentus yeast-like fungus (Candida albicans) and a free-living nematode (Caenorhabditis elegans), through their good antibacterial, antifungal and anthelmintic activity (5).
The Instituto de Fermentaciones Industriales/CIAL (CSIC) study of Phenolic acids, also showed a significant inhibited effects against the growth of lactobacilli (Lactobacillus paraplantarum LCH7, Lactobacillus plantarum LCH17, Lactobacillus fermentum LPH1, L. fermentum CECT 5716, Lactobacillus brevis LCH23, and Lactobacillus coryniformis CECT 5711) and pathogens (S. aureus EP167 and C. albicans MY1055)(6).

Resveratrol a phytochemical in the class of Stilbenoids, found abundantly in skins and seed of grape wine, nuts, peanuts, etc. also exhibited anti microbial and viral effect includiing Helicobacter pylori, according to joint study conducted by University of Anhui Science and Technology, Bengbu 233100, China(7).
In the study of Microbial metabolism, Dr. Herath W and colleagues at the The University of Mississippi, said, "resveratrol tends to lose its anti-inflammatory, cytotoxic and anti-oxidant activities with the substitution of its hydroxyl groups"(8) even the phytochemical has shown significant anti viral and microbial activities against infection and inflammation(9).

The Smoothie of Green Tea, Strawberry and Grape  may hold a key for further studies in production of a curable natural remedy for prevention and treatment of Syphilis.

People who are at  increased risk of  Syphilis due to family history, weaken immunity, sexual orientation, ....should drink at least one cup or more daily. People with  Syphilis may drink as much as they can, depending to the digestive toleration.

                           Respiratory Disease

Respiratory Disease is defined as medical conditions, affecting the breathing organ and tissues including Inflammatory lung disease, Obstructive lung diseases, Restrictive lung diseases, Respiratory tract infections, trachea, bronchi, bronchioles, alveoli, the nerves and muscles breathing, etc,.

                                         Upper respiratory tract infection

Upper respiratory tract infections are considered to be the infection of the airway above the glottis or vocal cords. This includes the nose, sinuses, pharynx, and larynx, including the infection of tonsillitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis, sinusitis, otitis media, etc,.

                             The Treatment

In transitional medicine perspective
1. Jing Fan Bai Du
In the study of the effect of two Chinese herbal medicines (CHMs) formulae in treating acute upper respiratory tract infections (URTIs), diagnosed by Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and compared to placebo showed thatn two CHM formulae commonly used for URTIs were not found to be more effective than placebo in either cure or reduction of symptoms of URTIs. However, Jing Fan Bai Du san might be able to improve general health more than placebo for patients with wind-cold syndrome. Both formulae were not associated with any more side effects(43).
2. Herbs for cough such as chuanbei, fangfeng, jiegeng, gancao and baibu
In a randomised, double-blinded, placebo-control study comparing this TCM preparation with a placebo conducted in 82 patients who attended the Family Medicine Training Centre, Prince of Wales Hospital, Hong Kong between November and December, 2003, found that the 62 patients (75.6%) had completed the trial and no adverse effects were reported. Both intervened and control groups had improved in cough score and LCQ in the follow-up period, despite no overall statistical significance was observed in the differences of scores between the two groups. Women taking TCM had significantly fewer problems with sputum production (p = 0.03) and older subjects (>35 years of age) reported a significant improvement in hoarseness (p = 0.05) when compared to those using placebo(44).
3. Other formulas
In the study to assess the efficacy and safety of Chinese herbal medicines for patients with sore throat, found that Six formulations were shown to be superior to the control in improving recovery: Ertong Qingyan Jiere Koufuye was more effective than Fufang Shuanghua Koufuye for acute pharyngitis (odds ratio (OR) 2.52; 95% confidence interval (Cl) 1.11 to 5.74); Yanhouling mixture was more effective than gentamicin atomised inhalation for acute pharyngitis (OR 5.39; 95% CI 2.69 to 10.81); Qinganlan Liyan Hanpian was more effective than Fufang Caoshanhu Hanpian for acute pharyngitis (OR 2.25; 95% CI 1.08 to 4.67); sore throat capsules were more effective than antibiotics (intravenous cefalexin) for acute pharyngitis or acute tonsillitis (OR 2.36; 95% CI 1.01 to 5.51); compound dandelion soup was more effective than sodium penicillin for acute purulent tonsillitis (OR 5.06; 95% CI 1.70 to 15.05); and eliminating heat by nourishing yin and relieving sore-throat methods combined with Dikuiluqan Hanpianwas more effective than Dikuiluqan Hanpian alone for children with chronic pharyngitis (OR 2.63; 95% CI 1.02 to 6.79)(45).

The curable smoothie for reduced risk and treatment of Interstitial nephritis
Yield: 2 servings (about 8 ounces each)
1/4 cup flax seed
1 1/2 cups grape
1 cup green tea drink 1 cup green tea drink (Make from 4 grams(2 tea bags) of green tea, a slice of ginger and a cup of hot water lipped for 5 minutes, and set aside for cooling to room temperature)

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree about 1 minute
2. Blend on high speed about 1 minute or until the mixture is thick and the ice is well crushed. Add more green tea drink if needed
3. Serve immediately

Interstitial nephritis (or tubulo-interstitial nephritis) is a form of (inflammation)nephritis, affecting the interstitium(space between) of the kidneys surrounding the tubules

The finding the natural ingredients for treatment of  Interstitial nephritis is considered as a dream of many scientist to replace the long usage adverse effect of conventional medicine to other organs in the body.
Unfortunately, many compounds found effective in initial studying failed to confirm the potential in large sample size and multi center.
Recent reports from numbers of well known institutions insisted, intake of flax seed(1), green tea(3) and grape(6)may be the next generation ingredient to be used on prevention and treatment of Interstitial nephritis. According to the University of Manitoba, dietary flax seed ameliorated Han:SPRD-cy rat polycystic kidney disease through moderation of the associated chronic interstitial nephritis(1).
Dr. Banković-Calić N and Dr. Ogbori MR, Nicman E. said, " Dietary protein restriction slows progression in numerous animal models of renal diseases. Flax seed has also demonstrated useful anti-inflammatory properties in a number of animal models and human diseases"(2).
Green tea has been a precious drink in traditional Chinese culture and used exceptional in socialization for more than 4000 thousand years. Due to its commercial values and health effects, green tea now has been cultivated all over the world in suitable climate. According to the joint study by the University of Niš, green tea induced the regeneration after renal injury and inflammation induced by gentamicin may be beneficial in the reduction of oxidative stress and changes caused by it primarily in renal tubules and interstitium(3) through improvement of antioxidant defense, tissue integrity and energy metabolism(4).
Furthermore, its phytochemical Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), may represent a potential strategy to reduce renal I/R injury induced inflammation by suppressing inflammation and cell apoptosis(5).

Resveratrol, a phytochemical in the class of Stilbenoids, found abundantly in skins and seed of grape may also consist anti Interstitial nephritis activity, through kidney protective effect against inflammation and oxidative stress(6).
The University of Houston joint study suggested, "Resveratrol treatment mitigated renal inflammation and injury" such as glomerulosclerosis, tubulointerstitial injury, infiltration of inflammatory cells" and "reduced oxidative stress, normalized antioxidant capacity"(7).
