Yield: 2 serving (about 8 ounce each)
1/2 cup avocado of any kind with seeds
1 cup almonds
1 cup green tea drink 1 cup green tea drink (Make from 4 grams(2 tea bags) of green tea, a slice of ginger and a cup of hot water lipped for 5 minutes, and set aside for cooling to room temperature)


1. Place the avocado, almonds, green tea, in a blender and puree about 1 minute
2. Blend on high speed about 1 minute or until the mixture is thick and the ice is well crushed. Add more green tea drink if needed
3. Serve immediately


The findings of natural sources for reduced risk and treatment have been extremely difficult as many the found ingredients with potential values can not retain the same effectiveness through the large scale and multi center studies, probably due to physical differences in testing subjects.

2. Avocados
In the study of Methanolic (80%) extracts obtained from lyophilized ground peels and seeds of avocado (Persea americana Mill.) of the Hass and Shepard varieties were characterized for their phenolic compound profiles using the HPLC-PAD technique, showed that The peel extracts had a higher total phenolic compound content and antioxidant activity when compared to the seed extracts. The highest TEAC and ORAC values were apparent in peels of the Haas variety in which they amounted to 0.16 and 0.47 mmol Trolox/g DW, respectively. The smoothie for people with  Alzheimer's disease and high risk of the disease

Yield: 2 serving (about 8 ounce each)
1 1/2 cups grapes of any kind with seeds
1 cup green tea drink 1 cup green tea drink (Make from 4 grams(2 tea bags) of green tea, a slice of ginger and a cup of hot water lipped for 5 minutes, and set aside for cooling to room temperature)


1. Place the grapes, green tea, in a blender and puree about 1 minute
2. Blend on high speed about 1 minute or until the mixture is thick and the ice is well crushed.
3. Serve immediately
