Angina pectoris, also known as Angina, a symptoms of Ischemic heart disease, is defined as a condition of chest pain caused by poor blood flow through the blood vessels due to obstruction or spasm of the coronary arteries resulting of lack of blood that lead to lack of oxygen supply and waste removal.

Resveratrol is a type of natural phenol in the group of Stilbenoids, produced naturally by many plants including grape may be effective in reduced risk and treatment of patient with symptoms of angina pectoris. According to the randomized, double-blinded, active-controlled, parallel clinical trial conducted by the Craiova Cardiology Center induced a decrease of 65.5% symptoms though expression ofl ipid markers and improvement of improvement in the quality of life(1).
Dr. Marques FZ and the colleagues at the The University of Sydney said," ... resveratrol, in large part via activation of sirtuins, decrease risk of common age-related conditions, such as cancer, cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, and neurological diseases, so lengthening lifespan"(2).

Tomato is a red, edible fruit, genus Solanum, belongings to family Solanaceae, native to South America. Because of its health benefits, tomato is grown world wide for commercial purpose
and often in green house. Intake of tomatoes may hold a key factor for lower the risk of CVD because of its rich sources of lycopene and carotenoids(4). According to the assessment study of plasma lycopene, other carotenoids, and retinol and the risk of cardiovascular disease in 39 876 women, higher levels of lycopene concentrations are associated with a lower risk of CVD(3).
Furthermore risk of CVD is significantly increased with lower levels of carotenoids, the University Hospital said(5).

Walnut tree is one of the Genus plant belongings to the family Juglandaceae, cultivated for its nut and kernel and for commercial purpose all over the world, because of its n-3 long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids  heart health benefits(6).
According to the joint study lead by Jagiellonian University Medical College, In stable angina. patinets, increased consumption of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) lower the maxthe Lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 test in relationship to risk of oxidized low-density lipoproteins (oxy-LDL)) induced CVD(7).
Dr.Mizia-Stec K and the research team at the Medical University of Silesia suggested that offer protective effect for patient withstable angina pectorispatients after percutaneous coronary intervention without affecting the efficacy of dual antiplatelettherapy in patients(8).

Taking altogether, The combination of grape, tomato and walnut may offer the potential effect prevent not only in prevention of the onset of CVD, and reduction of chest pain of patient with CVD. People with increased risk of CVD are wise to drink at least one serving daily. For people with CVD, drinking the juice as much as they can may be the good choice to prevent the induction of complications.

The smoothie for Prevention of the Early Onset and Treatment of Psoriasis

Yield: 2 serving (about 8 ounce each)
1 1/2  cups grape
1 cup green tea drink (Make from 4 grams(2 tea bags) of green tea, a slice of ginger and a cup of hot water lipped for 5 minutes, and set aside for cooling to room temperature)

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree about 1 minute
2. Blend on high speed about 1 minute or until the mixture is thick and the ice is well crushed. Add more green tea drink if needed

Recent studies by some renowned institutions suggested that green tea(1) and grape may be the next generation of ingredient extracted from natural sources for reduced risk and treatment of psoriasis.

Psoriasis is an autoimmune diseases induced abnormal skin path with expression of redness, itchy, and scaly.

Green tea has been a precious drink in traditional Chinese culture and used exceptional in socialization for more than 4000 thousand years. Due to its commercial values and health effects, green tea now has been cultivated all over the world in suitable climate.According to the The Catholic University of Korea, epigallocatechin-3-Gallate (EGCG), a major polyphenolic component of green tea inhibited the pathogenesis of psoriasis through its anti pro inflammatory cytokine effects(1)(2).
In animal model of Psoriasis, the polyphenol, epigallocatechin-3-Gallate (EGCG) also exhibited protective effect on keratinocytes, the outermost layer of the skin, significantly reduced the symptoms of epidermal pathology in the flaky skin topically, through processing and reduction in proliferating cell nuclear antigen levels(3).
Dr. Zhao JF and colleagues at the Columbia University in the study of the treatment of psoriasis also suggested the efficiency of use of psoralens combined with exposure to ultraviolet A radiation through a standardized green tea extract in inhibition of DNA damage and the inflammatory effects(4).
Oxidative stress and inflammation play an important role in induced pathogenesis of psoriasis and its comorbidities(5)(6).

Resveratrol, a phytochemical in the class of Stilbenoids, found abundantly in grape, enhanced the protection of immune system against damage of keratinocytes caused by hyperproliferation, abnormal differentiation and inflammatory infiltration(7).
In animal model, resveratrol also express the significantly diminished severity of the psoriasis-like skin inflammation, through expression of retinoic acid stimulated genes in cell regulation and immune response, IL-17 signalling pathways(8).
Dr. Srivastava RK and colleagues at the The University of Kansas Medical Center said," regulation of FOXO transcription factors(The gene involved regulation and expression of cell growth, proliferation, differentiation, and longevity) by resveratrol may play an important role in angiogenesis which is critical for cancer, diabetic retinopathy, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, and cardiovascular disorders"(9).

Taking altogether, people who are at increased risk of psoriasis due to family history .....should drink at least one cup daily and people with chronic psoriasis should drink the juices at least 3 times a day, depending to digestive toleration.
Change of life style and diet pattern are also recommended.

Respiratory Disease is defined as medical conditions which affect the breathing organ and tissues including Inflammatory lung disease, Obstructive lung diseases, Restrictive lung diseases, Respiratory tract infections, trachea, bronchi, bronchioles, alveoli, the nerves and muscles breathing , etc,.
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD))is the third leading cause of death in the United State.
Types of Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)

1. Emphysema, a type of Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), is defined as a long term and progressive condition cause of shortness of breath but depending to the stage of lung function as a result of damage to tissues of the air sacs (alveoli) in the lungs. In the study of 63 patients with stable COPD (spirometric GOLD stages 2–4) and 17 age- and comorbidity-matched controls, researchers found that in contrast to asthma, COPD is characterised by elevated concentrations of both BDNF and TGF-beta1 in serum. The stage-dependent association with lung function supports the hypothesis that these platelet mediators may play a role in the pathogenesis of COPD(1). In some cases, but rarely, Emphysema is caused by Alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency emphysema.

2. Chronic bronchitis
Chronic bronchitis is a chronic inflammation of the lung’s bronchi cause of the increased production of mucus in the lung of that leading to difficult breathing.

                                                The Risk Factors
1. Occupation
In a longitudinal cohort study of 8,967 participants from the Atherosclerosis Risk in Communities (ARIC) study, showed that employment in mechanic and repair jobs and cleaning and building service occupations are associated with increased incidence of respiratory symptoms. Specific occupations affect the respiratory health of adults without pre-existing respiratory health symptoms and conditions, though long-term health consequences of inhalation exposures in these jobs remain largely unexplored(14).
2. Aging
Since COPD is a long term and progressive diseases over ages, if you are over 40 years of age, you are at increased risk to develop COPD.
3. Genetic
The marked variability in the development of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in response to cigarette smoking has been known for decades, but severe alpha 1-antitrypsin deficiency (PI Z) remains the only proven genetic risk factor for COPD, according to the study by Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Brigham and Women’s Hospital(15). Others suggested that the SERPINE2 gene also is associated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(16).

The smoothie for prevention and treatment women with premenstrual syndrome
Yield: 2 serving (about 8 ounce each)
1 1/2 cups tomatoes
1 large slice of ginger
1 tsp of curcumin
1 cup of rice milk

1. Place the tangerines, carrot and green tea, in a blender and puree about 1 minute
2. Blend on high speed about 1 minute or until the mixture is thick and the ice is well crushed. Add more green tea drink if needed
3. Serve immediately

The finding the natural ingredient for prevention and treatment of premenstrual syndrome  to replace the adverse effects of conventional medicine has been facing many obstacles. Many initially potentially therapeutic values working in animal studies does not produce the same effectiveness in human trials.

Scientists in some well known institution may have found the combination of ingredients of ginger(1), curcumin(3) and tomatoes(7) with therapeutic values for reduced painful symptoms and treatment of premenstrual syndrome, recent studies suggested.

Premenstrual syndrome effects over 70% to 90% of women in the US and less for women in Southeast Asia because of their difference in living style and social structure. It is defined as faulty function of the ovaries related to the women's menstrual cycle, it effects a women's physical and emotional state, and sometimes interferes with daily activities as a result of hormone fluctuation. The syndrome occurs one to two weeks before menstruation and then declines when the period starts.

Ginger (Zingiber officinale) or ginger root is the genus Zingiber, belongings to the family Zingiberaceae, native to Tamil,  used in traditional and Chinese medicine to treat dyspepsia, gastroparesis, constipation, edema, difficult urination, colic, etc.
The use of ginger for treatment of pain, including PMS may be resulted of its anti-inflammatory constituents, according to the review of data base of studies(2).According to the joint study lead by the Zahedan University of Medical Sciences, in a a clinical trial, double-blinded work, and participants randomly allocated, intake of 2 ginger capsules daily from seven days before menstruation to three days after menstruation for three cycles, significantly reduced severity of the symptoms by daily record scale in woman with PMS(1).

Turmeric is a perennial plant in the genus Curcuma, belongings to the family Zingiberaceae, native to tropical South Asia, used in trditional medicine as anti-oxidant, hypoglycemic, colorant, antiseptic, wound healing agent, and to treat flatulence, bloating, and appetite loss, ulcers, eczema, inflammations, etc. Its phytochemical curcumin has showed to exhibit anti PMS effect, through mediating enhancing serum BDNF levels, a biological marker for depressive state(3)In a a clinical trial, double-blinded study of women suffering from PMS, through modulation of neurotransmitters and anti-inflammatory effects, curcumin attenuated severity of PMS symptoms such as improvement of psychological, physical and behavioral changes(4).

Tomato is a red, edible fruit, genus Solanum, belongs to family Solanaceae, native to South America. Because of its health benefits, tomato is grown world wide for commercial purpose
and often in green house. its steroidal glycosides isolated from the ripe fruit of the cherry tomato(6) was found effectively in treatment of symptoms of PMS in women through the effect of metabolization of steroidal hormone in exhibiting various physiological activities(5).
Carotenoids, another major constituent found in tomato, may also associate with symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS). According to the University of Texas Medical Branch, women with PMS have hound to strongly related to deficiency of vitamin A(7).
Dietary supplement "Karinat" which contains beta-carotene 2.5 mg, alpha-tocopherol 5 mg, ascorbic acid 30 mg and garlic powder 150 mg per one tablet, effectively reduced the severity of mastalgia, premenstrual syndrome, dysmenorrhea and algomenorrhea and caused regression of palpable symptoms of the breast fibromatosis, according to Dr. Bespalov VG, and colleagies(8).

Taking altogether, women who are at increased risk of PMS due to menstrual irregularity .....should drink at least one serving daily and women with PMS should drink the smoothie as much as they can, depending to digestive toleration.
Change life style and diet pattern are also recommended.

Chronic bronchitis is a chronic inflammation of the lung’s bronchi cause of the increased production of mucus in the lung of that leading to difficult breathing.

                                          The Causes

1. Early age smoking and organic solvent exposure
There is a report of 27-year-old man who had been a smoker since 14 years of age presented with exertional dyspnea. Approximately three years earlier, he had been occupationally been exposed to an organic solvent and felt dyspnea during its use. He later developed severe dyspnea and received treatment for asthma. But Spirometry and high-resolution computed tomography scans suggested a diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). High susceptibility, smoking from an early age and organic solvent exposure may have caused early-onset COPD in this case(10).
2. Second hand smoke
Prolonged exposure to heavy second hand smoke may cause COPD, as It introduces thousands of toxic chemicals into the lung, including carcinogens and oxidants, which cause direct airway epithelium tissue destruction. According to the study by University of Pittsburgh Pittsburgh, the use of animal models for both cigarette smoke (CS) and SHS associated in vivo experiments has been crucial in elucidating the pathogenic mechanisms and genetic components involved in inflammation-related development of COPD(11).
3. Smoking both tobacco and marijuana
In the study to determine the combined and independent effects of tobacco and marijuana smoking on respiratory symptoms and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in the general population, researchers at the St. Paul’s Hospital and the University of British Columbia, found that the risks of respiratory symptoms and of COPD were related to a synergistic interaction between marijuana and tobacco(12).
4. Other causes
There is good evidence for an increased risk of COPD from certain specific exposures (coal mine dust, silica, welding fume, textile dust, agricultural dust, cadmium fume). Areas of controversy Less clear is the causal role of non-specific dusts or fumes/gases in general populations where the available literature is notably uncritical, according to the study by Dr. Cullinan P. Scientists at some best known institution may have found the combination of natural sources with promising potential in food such as grape(1) for reduced risk and treatment of skin aging, new studies suggested

The smoothie for reduced risk and treatment Skin Aging

Yield: 2 serving (about 8 ounce each)
1/2 cup wolfberry
1 cup tomato
1 cup green tea drink (Make from 4 grams(2 tea bags) of green tea, a slice of ginger and a cup of hot water lipped for 5 minutes, and set aside for cooling to room temperature)

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree about 1 minute
2. Blend on high speed about 1 minute or until the mixture is thick and the ice is well crushed. Add more green tea drink if needed
3. Serve immediately.

Skin aging is one of most visible process which occurs constantly in our skin organ. According to the Clinical Centre of Nis, certain plant extracts may have the ability to scavenge free radicals, to protect the skin matrix through the inhibition of enzymatic degradation, or to promote collagen synthesis in the skin, affected skin elasticity and tightness(1).
Wolfberry, the common name for the fruit of two very closely related species, the genus of Lycium, belong to family Solanaceae, native to native to southeastern Europe and Asia shown to process anti aging effect because of its improved skin SOD activity, reduced skin MDA content, and increased Hyp content activities(2).
On nonenzyme glycation in D-galactose induced mouse aging model, achyranthes bidentata polysaccharide (ABP) and lycium barbarum polysaccharide (LBP) found in wolfberry improved skin aging through superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity(3).
Furthermore, the extreme day cream (EXD) and extreme night treatment (EXN), includong wolfberry, attenuated biological effects of skin photo-damage through reduction of cell apoptosis in the epidermis of skin organ cultures and pro-inflammatory cytokine(4).

Green tea has been a precious drink in traditional Chinese culture and used exceptional in socialization for more than 4000 thousand years. Because of their health benefits, they have been cultivated for commercial purposes all over the world.
Oxidative damage by reactive oxygen species (ROS) plays a major role inskin aging. Green tea extracted showed to inhibit the toxic ROS-induced skindeath, through protection from H(2)O(2)-induced necrosis in a dose-dependent manner(10), improvement of the anti-wrinkle effects, through its antioxidant activity(5), skin roughness, through moisturizing effects and enhancement of skin microrelief(6) and inhibition of skin inflammation for managing allergic contact dermatitis without skin toxicity(7). Combination of topical application of green tea and lotus, exhibited an anti aging effect on skin roughness (SEr), scaliness (SEsc), smoothness (SEsm), and wrinkling (SEw)(8) and composition of a formulation containing 20 % green tea extract and 5 % rose oil, exhibited a skin barrier function for maintaining skin hydration, and protecting against anti-aging process(9).

Tomato is a red, edible fruit, genus Solanum, belongings to family Solanaceae, native to South America. Because of its health benefits, tomato is grown world wide for commercial purpose
and often in green house.
In visible signs of skin aging men, oral administration of tomato extract improved overall appearance, correlated with the subjects' satisfaction by an increase of collagen and elastic fibers(11).In post-menopausal women, intake of supplement containing soy extract, fish protein polysaccharides, extracts from white tea, grape seed and tomato, vitamins C and E as well as zinc and chamomile effectively induced protective effect against forehead, periocular and perioral wrinkles, mottled pigmentation, laxity, sagging, under eye dark circles aging and overall appearance(12).

Taking altogether,  we should all drink the smoothie as much as we we can to prevent the early onset of aging. Diet and lifestyle change are also recommended.

                                   The Symptoms

1. Shortness of Breath
Shortness of Breath is a The main symptoms of the disease. There is a report of There is a report of 27-year-old man who had been a smoker since 14 years of age presented with exertional dyspnea. Spirometry and high-resolution computed tomography scans suggested a diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). High susceptibility, smoking from an early age and organic solvent exposure may have caused early-onset COPD in this case(2). Dyspnea is a cardinal symptom of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and its severity and magnitude increases as the disease progresses, leading to significant disability and a negative effect on quality of life(2a).
2. Functional impairment the upper and lower limb exercises
In comparison with lower limb exercises, upper limb exercises result in higher metabolic and ventilatory demands, as well as in a more intense sensation of dyspnea and greater fatigue. Because there are differences between the upper and lower limb muscles in terms of the morphological and functional adaptations in COPD patients, specific protocols for strength training and endurance should be developed and tested for the corresponding muscle groups(3).
3. Chronic Cough (With or Without Sputum)
Cough reflex hypersensitivity is thought to underlie the chronic dry cough out of proportion to other symptoms that can occur in association with airways disease. Structural changes associated with airway disease (damage) include bronchial wall thickening, airway smooth muscle hypertrophy, bronchiectasis and emphysema(4).
4. Reduced Exercise Tolerance
Dyspnea and reduced exercise tolerance are common consequences of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and contribute importantly to poor perceived health status(5).
5. Sleep disturbance
An expert panel meeting was convened in Barcelona, Spain, in March 2011 to discuss the aetiology, evolution, burden, long-term clinical consequences and optimal management of night-time symptoms in COPD, showed that epidemiological data suggests that the prevalence of nocturnal symptoms and symptomatic sleep disturbance may exceed 75% in patients with COPD(6).
6. Loss of Appetite Leading to Weight Loss
Body weight loss, often observed in patients with COPD, is related to lack of appetite. Inflammatory cytokines are known to be involved in anorexia and to be correlated to arterial partial pressure of oxygen(7).
7. Hemoptysis and long-term fever
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is associated with symptoms of episodes of dyspnea, hemoptysis and long-term fever(8).
8. Wheezing
Patients with COPD are most likely to wheeze during an acute exacerbation, especially at the night time as a result of air pass through a narrow airway.
9. Other symptoms
In the study to to investigate the accuracy of clinical variables in the diagnosis of COPD of 98 patients (mean age, 62.3+/- 12.3 years; mean FEV1, 48.3 +/- 21.6%) and 102 controls, found that the likelihood ratios (95% CIs) for the diagnosis of COPD were as follows: 4.75 (2.29-9.82; p < 0.0001) for accessory muscle recruitment; 5.05 (2.72-9.39; p < 0.0001) for pursed-lip breathing; 2.58 (1.45-4.57; p < 0.001) for barrel chest; 3.65 (2.01-6.62; p < 0.0001) for decreased chest expansion; 7.17 (3.75-13.73; p < 0.0001) forreduced breath sounds; 2.17 (1.01-4.67; p < 0.05) for a thoracic index > or = 0.9; 2.36 (1.22-4.58; p < 0.05) for laryngeal height < or = 5.5 cm; 3.44 (1.92-6.16; p < 0.0001) for forced expiratory time > or = 4 s; and 4.78 (2.13-10.70; p < 0.0001) for lower liver edge > or = 4 cm from lower costal edge. Inter-rater reliability for those same variables was, respectively, 0.57, 0.45, 0.62, 0.32, 0.53, 0.32, 0.59, 0.52 and 0.44 (p < 0.0001 for all)(9).
