The identification of the natural ingredients for treatment of Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma  is considered as a dream of many scientist to replace the long usage adverse effect of conventional medicine to other organs in the body. Unfortunately, many compounds found effective in initial studying failed to confirm the potential in large sample size and multi center.

Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma is cancer originated from white blood cells in the lymphatic system with incidence increased more than 70% in last 25 years.

Recent studies back by well known institutions suggested that the naturally potential ingredients green tea, Grape and Legume may be effective for reduced risk and treatment for Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma.

Green tea has been a precious drink in traditional Chinese culture and used exceptional in socialization for more than 4000 thousand years. Because of their health benefits, they have been cultivated for commercial purposes all over the world.According to the IRCCS European Institute of Oncology, green tea consumption may prevent or delay the growth of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma through induced atoposis of human non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) cell lines, RAP1-EIO and HS-Sultan tumor growth(1).
In dietary factors and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, conducted by the College of Medicine Mayo Clinic,, green tea consumption is associated to reduced risk of the disease(2).

Isoflavones, found abundantly in legume, in a 110,215 eligible members of the California Teachers Study cohort study, dietary intake of isoflavones, may be associated to reduced risk of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma(3)
Genistein, another isoflavones found in legume and soy also exhibited anti non-Hodgkin's lymphoma effects, through induced apoptosis against the GL-1 and 17-71 cell lines(4).
Dr. Park SS and the research team at the Seoul National University College of Medicine said, "Inhibition of the Akt signaling pathway and induction of apoptosis by genistein could be used as a new treatment modality for the prevention and/or treatment of t(2;5) ALCL and other hematopoietic malignancies"(5).

Resveratrol is a phytochemical in the class of Stilbenoids, found abundantly grape also expressed anti
non Hodgkin's Lymphoma effects through attenuateing doxorubicin-induced cardiomyocyte apoptosis in lymphoma in animal model(6).
According to the King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center study, resveratrol suppressed AKT/PKB pathway in regulating the cell cycle induced cancer cell apoptosis in in diffuse large B cell lymphoma cell lines(DLBCL) through induction  generation of ROS(7).
Furthermore, in anaplastic large-cell lymphoma cell line SR-786. resveratrol triggered cellular apoptosis through elevated expression of T cell differentiation markers CD2, CD3, and CD8(8).

The identification of ingredient of Green Tea, legume and Grape may serve as a foundation for establish a potential and natural source for reduced risk of early onset and treatment of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma sometimes in the future.
People who are at increased risk of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma due to family history and aging should drink at least 2 servings a day and people with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma(3) should drink as much as they can, depending to the digestive toleration. Change of life style and dietary pattern are recommended.

Recent studies back by well known institution suggested that the naturally potential ingredients green tea, Grape and Asparagus may be effective for reduced risk and treatment for Hodgkin's Lymphoma,

Hodgkin's Lymphoma, a type of lymphoma is also known as Hodgkin's Disease started from the lymph nodes in the chest, armpits and neck. It was named under Thomas Hodgkin, for first to describe the abnormalities of the lymph system in 1832. Hodgkin's lyphoma, is invasive and tends to spread orderly from one lymph node group to another. It is not a common disease with approximately 800 and 7000 of new cases reported every year in Canada and US accordingly and mostly occurs to young adults and after the age of 45.

Resveratrol is a phytochemical in the class of Stilbenoids, found abundantly in skins and seed of grape and red wine may be a potential ingredient for risk reduction and treatment of Hodgkin's Lymphoma, through inhibited the metabolic activation of carcinogens, upregulated antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, decreased cell proliferation and induced apoptosis(1).
Dr. Frazzi R and colleagues at the Oncology Department, IRCCS - Arcispedale S. Maria Nuova, Reggio Emilia, Italy, the phytochemical also induced cell death in Hodgkin lymphoma (HL)-derived L-428 cells in a dose-dependent manner, through upregulating anti body and down regulating the inflammatory pathways(2).

Green tea has been a precious drink in traditional Chinese culture and used exceptional in socialization for more than 4000 thousand years. Because of their health benefits, they have been cultivated for commercial purposes all over the world. its phytochemical, Epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG), a phytochemicals found abundantly in green tea has enhanced the protective effects against Lymphoma(3).
Dr. Renno WM and research team at the Kuwait University, also suggested, (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) inhibited Hodgkin's Lymphoma through reduced the expression of gene of glial fibrillary acidic protein of CNS and increased the expression of growth-associated protein 43, a marker of regenerating axons(4).
Saponin and phenolic compounds from green tea expressed immunomodulatory effect of tea saponin against Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) through regulation of cytokine response and mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPK) signaling inflammatory pathway(5).

Turmeric, a principal curcuminoid of the popular Indian spice, a rhizomatousherbaceous perennial plant of the ginger family, Zingiberaceae, native to tropical South Asia. Its chemical compound, curcumin, also process the potential effect against Hodgkin's Lymphoma through expression of down regulation of various inflammatory cytokine and related pathways(6).
Dr. Qiao Q and colleagues at the he First Hospital of China Medical University also said, curcumin inhibited constitutive and radiation-induced expression of the (Cell cycle) PI3K/AKT pathway and its downstream regulator nuclear factor kappaB (NF-κB)(Pro inflammatory pathways) in human Burkitt's lymphoma, a high-grade non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL)(7)and gene expression of STAT3 in Chronic lymphocytic leukemia B cells in regulating the pro inflammatory pathways(8).

The finding of a natural source for reduced risk and treatment of dementia has encountered many obstacles, many ingredients showed initially promising result in animal studies have not produced same potentials in either large sample size and mutli centers human trials.

Recent studies by some well known institutions suggested that green tea(1), tomato(5) and green tea(8) may process phytochemicals and ingredients effectively in reduced risk and treatment of dementia.

Green tea has been a precious drink in traditional Chinese culture and used exceptional in socialization for more than 4000 thousand years. Because of their health benefits, they have been cultivated for commercial purposes all over the world. According to the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul, green tea (-)epigallocatechin-3-gallate inhibited dementia through reversed oxidative stress and reduced acetylcholinesterase activity(1) and ameliorated learning and memory deficits in diabetic rats(2).
Dr. Panza F and the colleagues at the joint study lead by the University of Bari Aldo Moro, insisted green tea consumption prevented or postponed the onset of AD and delayed or slowed the progression dementia(3).
Furthermore, green tea inhibited Aβ-induced paralysis through its aroma fraction and antioxidant effects, according to the Saitama Cancer Center , Saitama , Japan(4).

Tomato is a red, edible fruit, genus Solanum, belongs to family Solanaceae, native to South America. Because of its health benefits, tomato is grown world wide for commercial purpose
and often in green house. Recent study showed that patients with dementia are associated to low levels of plasma Carotenoids(5), the major chemical constituent found in tomato.
Lycopene, another major phytochemical found in tomato inhibited the early onset of dementia through its effect in modulation of nitric oxide against 3-NP-induced behavioral, biochemical and cellular alterations in rats(6). Dr. Kumar P and Dr. Kumar A.in study of the effects of lycopene and epigallocatechin-3-gallate gainst 3-Nitropropionic acid, a neurotoxin induced gait and memory impairment in test animals, suggested, lycopene and EGCG could be used to mange 3-NP induced behavioral and biochemical alterations through nitric oxide pathways(7).

Resveratrol, a phytochemical in the class of Stilbenoids, found abundantly in grape also inhibited symptoms of vascular dementia in postmenopausal elderly women, depending to chronic use manner(8). Dr. Hu J and colleagues at the Xiamen University, also found that resveratrol expressed its β-secretase inhibitor effect through inhibited β-secretase activity and β-amyloid generation in animal model(9).
Furthermore, the phytochemical also exerted its neuroprotective effects, through ameliorate the harmful effect against the expression of pro inflammatory cytokine pathways(10).

The identification of ingredient of Green Tea, Tomato and Grape may serve as a foundation for establish a potential and natural source for reduced early onset and treatment of dementia in sometime in the future.
People who are at increased risk of dementia due to family history and aging should drink at least 2 servings a day and people with dementia should drink as much as they can, depending to the digestive toleration. Change of life style and dietary pattern are recommended.
