Respiratory Disease is defined as medical conditions which affect the breathing organ and tissues including Inflammatory lung disease, Obstructive lung diseases, Restrictive lung diseases, Respiratory tract infections, trachea, bronchi, bronchioles, alveoli, the nerves and muscles breathing , etc,.

Benign lung tumors, growth from many different structures in the lung, is defined as a conditions of abnormal cell growth with no tendency of spreading or masses that push normal cells out of the way rather than invading surrounding tissue restricted to a limited area in the lung. Approximately one out of 500 chest radiographs shows the incidental finding of a solitary pulmonary nodule and almost one half of these pulmonary lesions are caused by a tumor. Unfortunately, only 2% to 5% of alllung tumors are of benign origin, e. g. lipoma, fibroma, hamartoma, and chondroma, and the majority are malignant, most commonly primarylung cancer followed by metastases of extrapulmonary primary carcinomas. According to the study by Universitätsklinik für Pneumologie(a).

The Treatment

In traditional Chinese medicine perspective
1. Emodin extracted from Chinese herbs
In the study to observe emodin-mediated cytotoxicity and its influence on Rad51 and ERCC1 expressionin non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), found that emodin exerted a suppressive effect on the proliferation of NSCLC in a concentration dependent manner. Protein and mRNA expression of ERCC1 and Rad51 was also significantly decreased with the dose. Vacuolar degeneration was observed in A549 and SK-MES-1 cell lines after emodin treatment by transmission electron microscopy. Emodin may thus inhibited cell proliferation in NSCLC cells by downregulation ERCC1 and Rad51(39).

2. Shenqi fuzheng
In China, Shenqi Fuzheng, a newly developed injection concocted from Chinese medicinal herbs has been reported that may increase efficacy and reduce toxicity when combined with platinum-based chemotherapy, but little is known about it outside of China. According to the study by the Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, SFI intervention appears to be useful to increase efficacy and reduce toxicity when combined with platinum-based chemotherapy for advanced NSCLC, although this result needs to be further verified by more high-quality trials(40).

3. Astragalus-based Chinese herbs
In the study of 1,305 potentially relevant publications, 34 randomized studies representing 2,815 patients met inclusion criteria. Twelve studies (n = 940 patients) reported reduced risk of death at 12 months (risk ratio [RR] = 0.67; 95% CI, 0.52 to 0.87). Thirty studies (n = 2,472) reported improved tumor response data (RR = 1.34; 95% CI, 1.24 to 1.46). In subgroup analyses, Jin Fu Kang in two studies (n = 221 patients) reduced risk of death at 24 months (RR = 0.58; 95% CI, 0.49 to 0.68) and in three studies (n = 411) increased tumor response (RR = 1.76; 95% CI, 1.23 to 2.53). Ai Di injection (four studies; n = 257) stabilized or improved Karnofsky performance status (RR = 1.28; 95% CI, 1.12 to 1.46). Astragalus-based Chinese herbal medicine may increase effectiveness of platinum-based chemotherapy when combined with chemotherapy. These results require confirmation with rigorously controlled trials, according to the study by the University of California(41).

4. Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim (Cucurbitaceae)
Tianhua (TH-R) is extracted from Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim (Cucurbitaceae) containing trichosanthin, a traditional Chinese medicine, which has been locally reported to have good anticancer effects in vivo in both animal and human models. According to the study by Chung Shan Medical University, it has been proven that medicinal herbs such as Tianhua have positive effects against cancer through preventing or inhibiting the process of lung tumorigenesis(42).

The curable smoothie for reduced risk and treatment of cystic breast disease (GCBD)
Yield: 2 servings (about 8 ounces each)
3/4 cup carrot
1/2 dulse
1 cup avocado drink

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree about 1 minute
2. Blend on high speed about 1 minute or until the mixture is thick and the ice is well crushed. Add more green tea drink if needed
3. Serve immediately
Breast cyst is the lump of harmless sac filled with fluid within the breast. According to the Medical University of Vienna, most breast cysts are benign but in contrast, atypical breast cysts do harbour a risk of malignancy(1). probably due to Melatonin and estrogen in breast cyst fluids in stimulating risk for breast cancer development(2).

Recent reports from numbers of well known institutions insisted, intake of carrot(10) with high amount carotenoids, may be the next generation ingredient to be used on prevention and treatment of Fibrocystic breast disease. According to the the retinol and RA isomers may associate to prevention and treatment of Fibrocystic breast disease.(10). The researchers said, "11-cis RA in breast adipose tissue was significantly lower in the breast cancer patients than those of benign breast disease patients and it was associated with the stage of malignancy"

According to Dr. Band PR and colleagues, vitamin A may be used for treatment at dose-depend of benign breast disease (BBD) as patient produce a positive and complete or partial responses at 3 months of application(11).

In fact, Dr. Pasquali D and research team at the Seconda Universitá di Napoli, said, "Retinoids seem to act as agents of chemoprevention and differentiation in breast diseases, as both malignant and benign breast tissues may be target for retinoids, justifying the use of natural and synthetic vitamin A derivatives in the chemoprevention of breast disease"(12).

Vitamin E, a fat soluble vitamin found abundantly in avocado, may be effective in treating women with cystic breast disease, due to lipid metabolism, hormones alternation(3).

According to Dr. Horner NK and Dr. Lampe JW. application of vitamin E may be used for treatment of fibrocystic breast conditions together with addition of diet pattern change(4).

The collaborative study by University of L'Aquila--University of Rome suggested that vitamin A and E reduced or resolved clinical palpable breast findings (with pain, tension, nodularity and instrumental patterns) in a group of women (double-blind trial) affected by breast dysplasia(5).
Fibrocystic breast disease , Alexander Mostovoy, H.D., D.H.M.S., BCCT said, "has provided dramatic results in controlling cystic mastitis, take 600 IU daily of d- alpha tocopherol. Vitamin E-based antioxidants are found in rice bran, palm fruit, barley, and wheat germ"(6).

Dulse, a red seaweed of genus Palmaria, belong to Family Palmariaceae grows attached to rocks by a "holdfast" in the North Atlantic and Northwest Pacific. The sea vegetable may be used for prevention and treatment of fibrocystic breast disease due to the presence of iodine(7).
Dr. Ghent WR and colleagues at the Queen's University said, " The fibrocystic breast reacts differently to sodium iodide, protein-bound iodide and molecular iodine. Molecular iodine is nonthyrotropic and was the most beneficial"(8).In animal model, dietary restriction and chemical blockade of iodine causes histopathologic changes in peripubertal female rat breasts, leading to noticeable calcospherite deposition, intralobular fibrosis, and cystic changes resembling human fibrocystic disease, according to the study of 42-week-old rats(9).

The smoothie of Tomato, Avocado and Dusle may hold a key in further studies in production of effective natural ingredients for prevention and treatment of any type of cystic breast disease without inducing adverse effects.

Women who are at increased risk of any of cystic breast disease, due to family history,... should drink at least one cup daily. Women with any type of cystic breast disease, should drink no more than 4 serving daily depending to the digestive toleration.

Obesity is a medical condition of excess body fat accumulated overtime, while overweight is a condition of excess body weight relatively to the height. According to the Body Mass Index(BMI), a BMI between 25 to 29.9 is considered over weight, while a BMI of over 30 is an indication of obesity. According to the statistic, 68% of American population are either overweight or obese.

You can calculate your BMI index BMI= weight (kg)/ height (m2)

The Research and Studies of Effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of bariatric (weight loss) surgery for obesity

In the effective review of 26 of a total of 5386 references in three randomised controlled trials (RCTs) and three cohort studies compared surgery with non-surgical interventions and 20 RCTs compared different surgical procedures, conducted by University of Southampton(1), showed that bariatric surgery appears to be a clinically effective and cost-effective intervention for moderately to severely obese people compared with non-surgical interventions, but uncertainties remain and further research is required to provide detailed data on patient QoL; impact of surgeon experience on outcome; late complications leading to reoperation; duration of comorbidity remission; resource use. Good-quality RCTs will provide evidence on bariatric surgery for young people and for adults with class I or class II obesity. The team aslo suggested that new research must report on the resolution and/or development of comorbidities such as Type 2 diabetes and hypertension so that the potential benefits of early intervention can be assessed.

                                  Heart Disease

Beside cancer, heart disease kills more than 2,000 Americans everyday. Approximately 60 million Americans have heart disease. There are many causes of heart disease. Anything that serves to damage the inner lining of blood vessels and impedes the transportation of oxygen and nutrition to the heart can be defined as a risk of heart disease.

Other Types of Heart Diseases

I. A cardiac tumor can be either malignant or benign
A) Benign tumors
1. Myxoma
Myxoma is a cardiac benign tumor. It is the most common tumor inside of cavities of the heart and most of them occur in the left atrium of the heart obstructing the normal flow of blood within the chambers of the heart. Symptoms of Myxoma include paroxysmal dyspnea, weight loss, feverhemoptysis, lightheadedness and sudden death.

2. Rhabdomyomas
Most of rhabdomyomas occur in children or infants and are associated with tuberous sclerosis. It develops in the myocardium or the endocardium and accounts for about one out of every five tumors that originate in the heart causingobstruction of blood flow, valvular insufficiency, and cardiac arrhythmias. Symptoms of rhabdomyomas include palpitations, chest pains, shortness of breath, andnausea.

3. Fibromas
Fibromas develop in the myocardium or the endocardium. These tumors are composed of fibrous or connective tissue and tend to occur on the valves of the heart and may be related to inflammation. Other than seeing or feeling the fibroma, there are no usual symptoms.

4. Teratomas of the pericardium
It is often attached to the base of the great vessels, usually occuring in infants. They are rarer than cysts or lipomas, usually causes no symptoms.

B) Malignant tumors
Malignant tumors that originated elsewhere in the body and spread to the heart are more common than ones that originate in the heart. Malignant heart tumors can originate from any heart tissue. They occur mostly in children.

1. Angiosarcomas
Angiosarcomas account for about a third of all malignant heart tumors and usually start on the right side of the heart. The cause of angiosarcomas is usually unknown and symptoms of angiosarcomas differ according to the location of the tumour. Often symptoms of the disease are not apparent until the tumour is well advanced.

2. Fibrosarcomas
Fibrosarcomas occur as a soft-tissue mass or as a primary or secondary bone tumor. The 2 main types of fibrosarcoma of bone are
a) Primary fibrosarcoma is a fibroblastic malignancy that produces variable amounts of collagen
b) Secondary fibrosarcoma of bone arises from a preexisting lesion or after radiotherapy to an area of bone or soft tissue. Symptoms of fibrosarcomas include broken bone, pain, swelling, lump found under skin or bone, frequent urination and urinary obstruction.

3. Rhabdomyosarcomas
Rhabdomyosarcomas are a cancer made up of cells that normally develop into skeletal muscles of the body and are also more common in children. They usually have some type of chromosome abnormality in the cells of the tumor, which are responsible for the tumor formation. Symptoms of rhabdomyosarcomas include bleeding from the nose, vagina, rectum, throat and tingling, numbness, and pain.

4.) Liposarcomas
Liposarcoma normally appears as a slowly enlarging, painless, nonulcerated submucosal mass in a middle-aged person. Symptoms include palpation, weakness, limitation of motion weight loss, fatigue, and lassitude.

II. Sudden cardiac death
The victim may or may not have diagnosis of heart diseases and the death is totally unexpected. Sudden cardiac death is a result from abrupt loss of heart function. The cause of sudden cardiac dealth might be a result of coronary heart disease.

III. Hypertensive heart disease
Hypertensive heart disease are caused by high blood pressure that increases the work load of the heart. Overtime the muscles of the heart become thick in result of an enlarged left ventricle and decreased blood pump from the heart. Symptoms of heart failure include shortness of breath, swelling in the feet, ankles, or abdomen, fatigue, irregular pulse, nausea and frequent urination at night.Chinese Food Therapy

Fine line is a result of effect of gravity in aging, and causes of slower process in cell rejuvenation and longer in elastic fibers replacement. Some researchers insisted that adding to the aging skin, free radicals and inflammatory molecules may degrade facial skin even quicker.

The below tips have been proven through our clinical studies of over 400 subjects between age of 57 - 63. If you are in this age, you can expect the same results(a)(b)(c).

A. Dehydroascorbic acid (DHA) and vitamin E(1)
1. The chemical reaction of Dehydroascorbic acid (DHA)
Vitamin C + Water -----> Dehydroascorbic acid (DHA ) + 2e- +2H+
2. Vitamin E chemical structure

The α-tocopherol form of vitamin E
The equipment and Preparation
1. One bottle of synthetic vitamin C 100x 500mg tablets. You can purchase this in any pharmacy for about $5.00
2. A bottle of vitamin E purified oil (You can only buy it from any pharmacy for $10) (We used provitamin E produced by Jamieson, due to complaints of irritation and stickiness of many tested subjects, You can also buy it at any pharmacy and super market for about $20 for a jar of 60ml)
2. A small bottle carries 100mL of warm tap water or still-water if desire.
3. A roll of bounty or a half hand size sponge.
4. A pair of plastic glove.

Please Note, Kyle J. Norton and Associates DO NOT receive funding from Jamieson(The giant vitamins company)

How to make Dehydroascorbic acid (DHA) 4% concentration
Day one
Put 8 tablets of synthetic vitamin C into the bottle which carries 100 mL of water[(8x500mg)/100mL=4000mg/100,000mg=4/100=4% concentration ofDehydroascorbic acid (DHA)] on the day before application to make sure all vitamin C tablets are dissolved.

How to reduced visibility of nosy fine lines up to 100%
The next day
Put on your glove. Shake the bottle well. Pour some Dehydroascorbic acid (DHA ) onto a piece of fold-twice bounty paper towels.
Apply the solutions 3 times a days
Application first of Dehydroascorbic acid (DHA) 4% concentration to induce nosy fine line skin cleansing through its detoxified, antioxidant and cell regeneration effects by rubbing against the skin of the effects area with little pressure for about one minutes. Apply more solution if require. Wait for 5 minutes then apply vitamin E directly and generously onto the fine lines for enhancement of cell regeneration and elastic fibers replacement effects.

After applying, clean the sponge if used and glove, return and store the bottle of solution and vitamin E into first aid box in room temperature. Replace the solution of Dehydroascorbic acid (DHA ) every ten days to retain accurate concentration.

What to expect
1. In the first few days of application
Visibility of nosy fine lines shows signs of receding

2. In a few weeks
Depending to types of skin and severity of the effected areas, and according to our clinical study,
up to 90% of nosy fine lines have been removed depending to age, types of skin and severity of the effect areas, according to the study of ages between 57 - 62.(Approximately, 90% of healthy oral hygiene of tested subjects achieve the removal of 90% of nosy fine lines), probably through Dehydroascorbic acid (DHA) 4% concentration and vitamin E skin cleansing through its detoxified, antioxidant and cell and fiber regeneration effects
Unfortunately
a. Only tested subject with good oral hygiene achieved 90% in reduced nosy fine lines
b. Tested subject with complete denture saw 20% in reduced visibility of nosy fine lines.

Millions have been spent in our studies, we provide this information free and do not ask for anything in return. You promise to tell everyone you know about this webpage and retweet it, so they do not waste any more money on ineffective commercial products.

Precautions
1. Always testing your topical skin solution, including Dehydroascorbic acid (DHA ) and vitamin E for allergic reaction, by applying a tiny portion onto your wrist for 5 minutes. Do not use the solution if there is.
2. Although there were no adverse effect in our study, please make sure you always wear gloves before applying, as higher concentration than that ofDehydroascorbic acid (DHA) 4% concentration has been shown to cause brownness on the finger nails.
3. The Dehydroascorbic acid (DHA) 4% concentration has been shown to cause yellowness on the surface of some metal (very old) sinks, please make sure your test it to avoid the same messes.
4. Higher concentration of the solution has been used in skin tanning industry, please make that Dehydroascorbic acid (DHA) 4% concentration is completely absorbed(about 5- 10 minutes) into your skin before going to the extreme sun.
5. If the solutions get into your eyes, use tap water to clear them.
6. Do not attempt to make higher than Dehydroascorbic acid (DHA) 4% concentration solution, as it has not been tested.

Use of salmon calcitonin, a hormone produced by the thyroid gland of salmon or a synthetic polypeptide of the same sequence found in salmon(360, 170) has shown to reduce PMR complications. Dr. Ryan SM and the research team at the Dublin Institute of Technology, suggested that salmon calcitonin may also portent for treatment of inflammatory arthritis through activation of the DNA expression of of steroid-thyroid hormone-retinoid receptor and tissue remodeling and degradation of the extracellular matrix (ECM) of collagens, elastins, gelatin, matrix glycoproteins, and proteoglycan(172).
A randomized controlled trial of salmon calcitonin attenuate bone loss in corticosteroid-treated temporal arteritis and polymyalgia rheumatica patients by reducing the incidence of vertebral fracture of 12.5%, with four fractures in the first year and one fracture in the subsequent year(171).
In Fact, salmon calcitonin has also been used to reduce pain in patient with inflammatory arthritis diseases, including patient with osteoporotic vertebral crush fractures(173) and spinal pain(174).. through its analgesic effect , a prospective double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled clinical study insisted
