Bladder cancer is most common type of cancer that effect men twice as frequently as it effects women. Usually it starts from the lining the bladder caused by several types of malignant growths of the urinary bladder cells.
The finding the natural ingredient for prevention and treatment of bladder cancer to replace the toxicity of chemotherapy has been facing many obstacles. Many initially potentially therapeutic values working in animal studies does not produce  the same effectiveness in human trials.

Green tea has been a precious drink in traditional Chinese culture and used exceptional in socialization for more than 4000 thousand years. Due to its commercial values and health effects, green tea now has been cultivated all over the world in suitable climate.

Epidemiological evidence, suggested that chronic drinking of green tea is associated to reduce risk of bladder cancer, depending to total fluid intake(1).
According to the Maastricht University, in the study of multivariable case-cohort analysis based on 569 bladder cancer cases, suggested that tea consumption was inversely associated with bladder cancer, regarded to the daily quantities(2).
Dr. Wang X and the research team at the Zhejiang University, in the study of bladder cancer twith analysis of types of tea, gender, ethnicity and smoking status showed that in Asian people, drinking green tea may have a protective effect on bladder cancer(3).

Tangerines, an orange-colored citrus fruit, a type of, mandarin orange originated to Tangier, Morocco, are now cultivated all over the world in suitable climate for commercial profits due to their health effects.

According to a Serbian study, tangerines are found to associated to decrease risk of bladder cancer(4).
In the study of total of 30 newly diagnosed bladder cancer patients and the same number of controls matched by sex, age suggested that daily intake of tangerines exhibited the inverse association of bladder cancer risk(5).

In fact, according to Dr.Brinkman M. and Dr. Zeegers MP.said,"intake of Citrus fruits, (including tangerines induced) a possible protective effect against bladder cancer"(6).

Carrot can grow to 3ft tall. It is root vegetable with orange color normally, a sub spices of Daucus carota, belongs to the family Apiaceae, native to Asian and Europe.

Consumption of carrot is found to reduced risk of bladder cancer(6). Risk of bladder increased with lower serum of vitamin A(7)(8) as well as infrequent intake of carrot daily, in the study of a total of 569 bladder cancer patients and 1025 age-matched controls admitted to Roswell Park Memorial Institute(7).

Dr, Tang JE and the research team at the Huzhou Teachers College, said," high vitamin A intake was associated with a lower risk of bladder cancer. Larger studies with prospective design and rigorous methodology should be considered to validate the current findings" in the review of 25 articles on dietary vitamin A or blood vitamin A were included according to the eligibility criteria(9).
Its retinoids, a class of vitamin A can act as bladder cancer treatment or prevention through its essential role in epithelial and general cell maturation and function as well as immune activation(10).

People who are at increased risk of Bladder Cancer due to family history, gene mutation,....should drink at least one cup daily and people with Bladder Cancer  should drink the smoothie as much as they can, depending to digestive and liver toleration.

The smoothie for people with increased risk and treatment of Metabolic syndrome
Yield: 2 serving (about 8 ounce each)
1 cup carrot
1/2 cup red cabbage
1 cup green tea drink (Make from 4 grams of green tea, and a cup of hot water lipped for 5 minutes, and let cool to room temperature)

1. Place the red cabbage, carrot, and green tea, in a blender and puree about 1 minute
2. Blend on high speed about 1 minute or until the mixture is thick and the ice is well crushed. Add more green tea drink if needed
3. Serve immediately

The dream of finding the natural resource for treatment of age-related chronic inflammatory disease
such as metabolic syndrome has been extremely difficult, probably due to the potent ingredient found effectively in animal levels can not induce the similar potential in human trials.
But some researchers suggested that plant-derived dietary phytochemicals and macro- and micronutrients with potential in modulated oxidative stress and inflammatory signaling and regulate metabolic pathways may be induced stable gene expression, epigenomically(1).

Green tea has been a precious drink in traditional Chinese culture and used exceptional in socialization for more than 4000 thousand years used in traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of various diseases, including cancers and heart diseases.

Daily consumption of green tea has shown to reduce body weight and alleviate metabolic syndrome through  decreased glucose uptake s and fatty acid synthesis(2).

Green tea catechin, particularly its derivative (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) in number of human studies showed to protective effects on parameters related to the MetS(3). Dr, Wolfram Ssaid," there are numerous in vivo studies demonstrating that green tea and EGCG exert cardiovascular and metabolic benefits in these model systems" and "To prove the effectiveness for disease prevention or treatment, several multi-center, long-term clinical studies investigating the effects of one precisely-defined green tea product on cardiovascular and metabolic endpoints would be necessary"(4).

Cabbage is a species of Brassica oleracea belongings to the family Brassicaceae (or Cruciferae), native to the Mediterranean region along the seacoast. The vegetable has a short stem of which is crowded a mass of leaves, usually green but in some varieties, it may be red or purplish.

Cyanidin 3-glucoside found in red cabbage showed to reverse the cardiovascular, liver and metabolic signs through ots effects in reduced impaired glucose tolerance, hypertension, cardiovascular remodelling, increased collagen deposition,....according to the joint study lead by the Victoria University(5).

Carrot can grow to 3ft tall. It is root vegetable with orange color normally, a sub spices of Daucus carota, belongs to the family Apiaceae, native to Asian and Europe.

Anthocyanins, phenolic acids and carotenoids found in purple carrots showed to improve dyslipidaemia, glucose tolerance, hypertension and insulin resistance as well as exerting CVD protective effects against against oxidative stress(6).

According to the University of Parma, epidemiological studies, anthocyanins exhibited anti inflammatory-related diseases, including metabolic syndrome through modulation of cell redox status and inhibition of pro inflammatory signaling pathways(7).
Chronic consumption of total polyphenol intake, including phenolic acids, in a population-based cross-sectional study of 2618 adults, aged 19 to 84 years, is found to associated to lower incidence of Metabolic syndrome, DR. Sohrab G and the research team at the Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences insisted(8).

Carotenoids, another phytochemicals in carrot showed to associate to reduce risk of metabolic syndrome. In a study of 10-year period with 910 subjects (295 men and 615 women), lower serum β-carotene ius found in subjects with metabolic syndrome and eating a diet rich in carotenoids might help prevent the development of the MetS and its complications(9).
Furthermore, in support to above claim, the University of Queensland study also showed that low concentrations of serum alpha-, beta-carotenes and the sum of five carotenoids appear to be associated with metabolic syndrome status, according to the International Diabetes Federation 2005 criteria, collected from 1523 adults aged 25 years(10).

People who are at increased risk of Metabolic syndrome due to family history, gene mutation or obesity.....should drink at least one cup daily and people with Metabolic syndrome should drink the smoothie as much as they can, depending to digestive toleration  and liver acceptance.
Change of life style and diet pattern are also recommended.

The dream of finding the natural resource for reduce the fasting glucose for patient in prediabetes or diabetes has been extremely difficult, probably due to the potent ingredient found effectively in animal levels can not induce the similar potential in human trials.

The smoothie for people with Hyperglycemia, or High Blood Sugar and high risk of diabetes
Yield: 2 serving (about 8 ounce each)
1 cup pomegranate
1/2 cup avocado
1 cup green tea drink (Make from 4 grams of green tea, a slice of ginger and a cup of hot water lipped for 5 minutes, and let cool to room temperature)

2. Blend on high speed about 1 minute or until the mixture is thick and the ice is well crushed. Add more green tea drink if needed
3. Serve immediately

Pomegranates is a fruit-bearing small tree, genus Punica, belongings to family Lythraceae, native to Iran, cultivated in Asian since ancient time. The fruit has been found to process various health benefits, including high blood pressure, high cholesterol, oxidative stress,...inflammatory activities(1).

Recent study in the investigation of a possible smoothie for treatment of Hyperglycemia, or High Blood Sugar suggested that green tea(5) used conjunction with pomegranates(1) and  may be next generation of alternative potentials for patient with high fasting glucose.

According to Dr. Kim HK and the research team at the Hanseo University, pomegranate inhibited intestinal glucose uptake, through its effects in controlling the dietary glucose absorption at the intestinal tract in nutrient regulation expression, and of that may contribute to blood glucose homeostasis and reduced risk of diabetes(2).

Pomegranate flower extract, acted as alpha-glucosidase inhibitor, in the study by the The University of Sydney improved postprandial hyperglycemia in type 2 diabetes and obesity through inhibiting the increase of plasma glucose levels after sucrose loading(3). The flower extract in other study was also found to inhibit glucose loading-induced increase of plasma glucose levels through improved sensitivity of the insulin receptor(4).

Green tea has been a precious drink in traditional Chinese culture and used exceptional in socialization for more than 4000 thousand years used in traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of various diseases, including cancers and heart diseases.

According to the joint study by the University of Massachusetts, tea extracts exhibited anti-diabetic effects, through the intestinal rat α-glucosidases activity, radical scavenging activity, and total phenolic content as well as delayed glucose absorption(6). Its polyphenol epigallocatechin-3-gallate showed to inhibit grade 2 or 3 liver fatty degeneration of severe hyperglycemia,.... in animal model(7).
In obesity and related disorders of hypercholesterolemia andhyperglycemia, functional drink including catechins and epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) in human trialsshowed a significant reduce levels of serum glucose and insulin in obese patients Dr. Ahmad RS. and the resaerch team at the joint study lead by Govt College University Faisalabad suggested(8).

Avocados are a commercially valuable fruit and are cultivated in tropical climates throughout the world. It is a green-skinned, pear-shaped fruit that ripens after harvesting and native to the Caribbean, Mexico, South America and Central America.

In the progression of NAFLD in experimental models of steatosis, avocado oil improved mitochondrial ETC, in reduced generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS)function by attenuating the deleterious effects of oxidative stress in fasting glucose(9).
Further more, according to the study by the Federal University of Pernambuco, avocado leaf popularly used in the treatment of diabetes in countries in Latin America and Africa, exhibited anti-diabetic properties and possibly acts to regulate glucose uptake in liver and muscles(10).

Dr. Lerman-Garber I and the resaerch team at the National Institute of Cardiology Ignacio Chávez said, "....monounsaturated fatty acids (avocado as one of its main sources) in the diet of patients with non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus improves the lipid profile favorably, maintains an adequate glycemic control, and offers a good management alternative"(11).

Taking all together, Smoothie of Pomegranate, avocado and Green Tea may be a potent drink for reduced risk and treatment of Hyperglycemia, or High Blood Sugar
People who are at increased risk of Hyperglycemia, or High Blood Sugar due to family history, gene mutation.....should drink at least one cup daily and people with chronic Hyperglycemia, or High Blood Sugar should drink the juices as much as they can depending to digestive toleration.
Change of life style and diet pattern are also recommended.

Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) is medical condition mostly caused by work related occupations and working environment, affecting patients’ muscles, joints, tendons, ligaments and nerves and developing over time. A community sample of 73 females and 32 males aged 85 and over underwent a standardised examination at home. Musculoskeletal pain was reported by 57% of those interviewed(1).

                    Cervical Stenosis

Cervical Stenosis is defined as a degeneration of the structures of the spine as a result of aging causes of a slowly progressive condition of the cervical spinal cord. Spinal stenosis cause pressure on the spinal cord, which may lead to the symptoms of myelopathy. Cervical spinal stenosis with myelopathy is a common disease in elderly patients of male gender(2).

                                The Treatment

F.1. In conventional Medicine perspective
I. Non surgical treatments
1.1. Wait and watch
Wait and watch may be necessary if patients are experience no symptom and abnormalities but diagnosed with the diseases as some of these patients may not develop any problem in the future.
1.2. Medication
Certain medication such as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), oral steroids, or injected steroids such as epidural steroid injections and nerve root injections may be helpful in relieving pain and alleviating symptoms temporary of the patients with no intention to correct any abnormalities or malalignment.
1.3. Physical therapy or exercise
Physical exercise such as stretching may be helpful to restore the flexibility of tight muscles
as well as enhancing the neck mobility, muscular strength and spinal balance. Other exercise, including Cardiovascular exercises for arms and legs also to promote the circulation of blood.
1.4. Etc.
2. Surgical treatments
Surgical treatments may be necessary if patients are experience the symptoms of increasing weakness, pain or inability to walk, etc. depending to differentiation
2.1. Anterior Surgery
Cervical Discectomy and Fusion (ACDF)
The aim of the surgery is to relieve pressure from the spinal cord and compression of the spinal. Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion (ACDF) is the operation done from the front of the neck to remove the disc above and below the vertebra and replace it with a small plug of bone. If more than one level
of the spine is involved, Cervical Spinal Fusion may be necessary by implanting a bone graft between cervical segments to support the spine as to compensate for the removal of bone and discs.
2.2. Posterior surgery
a. Laminectomy and Fusion
The aim of the surgery is also to relieve the pressure and to create more space for the nerves. In Laminectomy and Fusion, the lamina is removed and two or more vertebral segments of the cervical spine are fused together.
b. Laminoplasty
In case of Laminoplasty, only a small section of the bony roof of the spine, the lamina, is moved instead of removal of the lamina to expand the spinal canal with an aim to create a space for the the spinal cord.
2.3. Etc.

The smoothie for people with High blood Cholesterol and high risk of the syndrome

Yield: 2 serving (about 8 ounce each)
1 1/2 cups COOKED tomatoes
1 cup green tea drink (Make from 4 grams(2 tea bags) of green tea, a slice of ginger and a cup of hot water lipped for 5 minutes, and set aside for cooling to room temperature)

1. Place the COOKed tomatoes, green tea, in a blender and puree about 1 minute
2. Blend on high speed about 1 minute or until the mixture is thick and the ice is well crushed. Add more green tea drink if needed
3. Serve immediately

The dream of finding the natural ingredient for prevention and treatment of prostate cancer with adverse effects in replacement of chemotherapy has not been abated. Some ingredients have to discard due to it can achieve the same potent results in human trials.

The widespread of prostate cancer, once considered a disease of aging male, now have become major concerns of governments and scientific community in South East Asian with tendency to effect even younger age population.
Prostate cancer is defined as a condition in which the cells of prostate has become cancerous, causing abnormal cell growth with possibility of spreading to the distant parts of the body. Most prostate cancers are slow growing. Enlarged prostate and prostate cancer may be detected during physical (rectum) exams.

Recent study suggested that combination of tomato and green tea may have a potent and pharmaceutical values for treatment of prostate cancer, probably due to tomatoes' and green tea's phytochemicals lycopene(1) and catchins(2)

Tomato is a red, edible fruit, genus Solanum, belongs to family Solanaceae, native to South America. Because of its health benefits, tomato is grown world wide for commercial purpose
and often in green house.

Intake large amount of cooked tomatoes has shown effectively in reduced risk(4) and for treatment of patient with prostate cancer(1). The Royal Victoria Hospital and McGill University, in the review of 11 case-control studies and 10 cohort studies or nested case-control studies presented data on the use of tomato, tomato products, or lycopene and met our inclusion criteria, said, "tomato products may play a role in the prevention of prostate cancer. However, this effect is modest and restricted to high amounts of tomato intake"(3).
Furthermore, in a Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis, the finding of the lycopene as an antioxidant agent with potential anticancer and anti prostate cancer progression properties only with the concentration of circulating lycopene between 2.17 and 85 μg/dL(5).

In fact, epidemiological studies also suggested that lycopene effectively in regulating cell growth, on a prostate cancer cell line expressing the androgen receptor(6), stopping cell proliferation of human prostate cancer cell line PC-3(7) and inhibiting adhesion and migration properties of the cells(8).

Green tea has been a precious drink in traditional Chinese culture and used exceptional in socialization for more than 4000 thousand years. Due to its commercial values and health effects, green tea now has been cultivated all over the world in suitable climate.

Green tea catechins, one of the major phytochemical constituent showed effectively in treating premalignant lesions before development of prostate cancer (CaP) and reducing symptoms of benign prostate hyperplasia, according to the University of Parma(2).
Dr. Bettuzzi S and the research team at the University of Parma, insisted, Green Tea Catechins (GTCs) can be used as first line prevention therapy for treatment of high risk of Prostate cancer (CaP) in in combination with the 8-genes signature profiling in tissue needle biopsies(9).
In deed, in prostate cancer cell lines, such as PNT1a, LNCaP and PC3, green tea catechins, induced cell deaths(10), cancer cell apoptosis(11) as well as exhibited protection against oxidative DNA damage and stress in human prostate cause of prostate cancer(12).

Men who are at increased risk of prostate cancer due to family history or gene mutation .....should drink at least one cup daily and men with prostate cancer should drink the smoothie as much as they can, depending to digestive toleration.

                                       The Preventive Antioxidants

Antioxidants to prevent Cervical Stenosis(13)
Antioxidants are proven to be effective to enhance the immune system in fighting against the forming of free radicals causes of irregular cell growth and the progression of early aging.
1. Bilirubin
Bilirubin is a prosthetic group which helps to break down molecules into smaller units in releasing energy, excreted in bile and urine. It is a cellular antioxidant, by reverting to biliverdin, a green tetrapyrrolic bile pigment, once again when oxidized that inhibits the effects of mutagens.
2. Carotenoids
Carotenoids are organic pigments, occurring in the chloroplasts and chromoplasts of plants and some other photosynthetic organisms like algae, some bacteria.
a. Beta-carotene
Beta-Carotene, an organic compound and classified as a terpenoid, a strongly-coloured red-orange pigment in plants and fruits.
a.1. It is not toxic and stored in liver for the production of vitamin A that inhibits cancer cell in experiment. Beta-carotene also neutralize singlet oxygen before giving rise of free radicals which can damage of DNA, leading to improper cell DNA replication, causing cancers.
a.2. Cell communication
Researcher found that beta-carotene enhances the communication between cell can reduce the risk of cancer by making cells division more reliable.
a.3. Immune system
Beta-carotene promotes the immune system in identifying the foreign invasion such as virus and bacteria by increasing the quality of MHC2 protein in maintaining optimal function of white cells.
a.4. Polyunsaturated fat
Researchers found that beta-carotene also inhibits the oxidation of polyunsaturated fat and lipoprotein in the blood that reduce the risk of plaques build up onto the arterial walls, causing heart diseases and stroke.
a.5. There are more benefits of beta-carotene.
b. Alpha-carotene
Alpha-carotene, one of the most abundant carotenoids in the North American diet, is a form of carotene with a β-ring at one end and an ε-ring at the other. It is the second most common form of carotene which not only protects cells from the damaging effects of free radicals and enhances the immune system in fighting against bacteria and virus invasion, but also stimulates the communication between cells thus preventing irregular cell growth cause of cancers.
c. Beta-cryptoxanthin
Beta cryptoxanthin is an antioxidant, beside helping to prevent free radical damage to cells and DNA but also stimulates the repair of oxidative damage to DNA. it enhances the immune function infighting against inflammatory cause of polyarthritis, and irregular cell growth cause of cancer due to oxidation.
d. Lutein
Lutein is one of the most popular North American carotenoids. It is found in greens like kale and spinach as well as the yolk of eggs. Lutein is also found in the human eye. Getting enough lutein in your diet may help to fight off age related macular degeneration, an eye condition.
Researcher has shown that people who do not have enough lutein in their diet will not have enough lutein present in the muscular part of the eye. This is what likely leads to age related macular degeneration that can result in blindness.
e. Zeaxanthin
Zeaxanthin, a most common carotenoid alcohols found in nature, is one of the two primary xanthophyll carotenoids contained within the retina of the eye. Intake of foods providing zeaxanthin with lower incidence of age-related macular degeneration as a result of its function of reducing the risk oxidative stress.
f. Lycopene
Lycopene is a red carotene of the carotenoid group that can be found in tomatoes, watermelons, and grapefruits. This powerful antioxidant is believed to be a powerful fighter of prostate cancer. Lycopene has many anti-aging capabilities as well as one of the most powerful antioxidants in the carotenoid group.
3. Flavonoids
Flavonoids also known as Vitamin P and citrin are a yellow pigments having a structure similar to that of flavones occurred in varies plants. it has been in human history for over thousands of years and discovered by A. S. Szent-Gyorgi in 1930. As he used vitamin C and flavonoids to heal the breakage of capillaries, which caused swelling and obstruction of blood flow. Most plants have more than one group or type act as predominate.
Flavonoids process a property as antioxidants. it helps to neutralize many of reactive oxygen species (ROS), including singlet oxygen, hydroxyl and superoxide radicals.
Although nitric oxide is considered a free radical produced by immune system to destroy bacteria and cancerous cells, but when it is over produced, it causes the production peroxynitrite which may attack protein, lipid and DNA, Flavonoids inhibit NO production of peroxynitrite due to reduction of enzyme expression.
a. Quercetin
Quercetin is a plant-derived flavonoid found in fruits, vegetables, leaves and grains and studies show that quercetin may have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties as a antioxidant, quercetin scavenges free radicals, which damage cell membranes, cause mutation of cells with tampering DNA.
b. Rutin
Rutin is a citrus flavonoid glycoside found in buckwheat and glycoside of the flavonoid quercetin. It inhibits platelet aggregation, decreases the capillary permeability, makes blood thinner and improves circulation. As an antioxidant, it can reduce the cytotoxicity of oxidized LDL cholesterol caused by free radical that lowers the risk of heart diseases.
c. Catechin
Catechin is a natural phenol antioxidant plant and natural anti-bacterial substance. Study showed catechin as good free radical scavenging power inhibits ROS production, thus it can be useful to the development of alimentary strategies to prevent OTA-induced cytotoxicity in human.
