The wound can be internal or external. It is a cut or open of skin or injury of tissues caused by the physical impacts.

Taken altogether, honey processed a high amount of flavanol may be considered a functional remedies for the promotion of wound healing with no side effects, pending to the confirmation of large sample size and multicenter human study.
