The finding of a natural source for treatment of  Testicular Cancer has been running into many obstacles, many ingredients showed initially with promising result in animal studies have not produced same potentials in large sample size and mutli centers human trials.

Testicular Cancer is a cancer arises in the testicles (testes), which are located inside the scrotum, part of male reproductive system, responding to the production and reproduction of male sex hormones and sperm. It tends to develop in the age groups of twenties and thirties.

Recent studies back by renowned institutions, conveyed that Green Tea(3), Grape(4) and Curcumin (6)may be holding a key for extracting natural ingredient for reduced early onset and treatment of Testicular Cancer.

Green tea has been a precious drink in traditional Chinese culture and used exceptional in socialization for more than 4000 thousand years. Due to its commercial values and health effects, green tea now has been cultivated all over the world in suitable climate. According to the joint study lead by the University of Rajasthan, green tea extract exhibited the restoring of testicular injuries induced by CdCl2 intoxication in mammals, through significantly increased testicular antioxidant enzymatic activities(1).
Nutrient mixture (NM) containing lysine, proline, arginine, ascorbic acid, and green tea extract significantly inhibited MMP secretion and matrix invasion in testicular cancer cells without toxic effect in a dose-dependent fashion(2).

Resveratrol, a phytochemical in the class of Stilbenoids, found abundantly in grape and blueberry may also be an candidate in production of effective ingredient for prevention and treatment of testicular cancer(4). According to the Minia University, resveratrol promoted methotrexate (MTX) tumor cytotoxicity, while protecting the testes, probably via up-regulation of testicular Mrp3 as a novel mechanism(3).
Furthermore, the Chinese herbal drugs resveratrol, lycium barbarum polysaccharide (LBP) and icariin exhibited almost complete recovery from reproductive endocrine disorder and spermatogenic damage.on 60Co-gamma-induced spermatogenic disturbance in mice(5).

Turmeric is a perennial plant in the genus Curcuma, belonging to the family Zingiberaceae, native to tropical South Asia. Its antioxidant curcumin may be the best agent for prevention and treatment of Testicular Cancer through its effects on gland weights, testicular testosterone concentrations, and spermatogenesis on animal model(6).
According to the kdeniz University, use of curcumin together with bleomycin not only induce apoptosis in testicular cancer cells, but also decreased ibleomycin therapeutic dose in reduced less adverse effects(7).The Akdeniz University study suggested that through its antioxidant effects, curcumin also inhibited bleomycin, a commonly used in the treatment of testicular cancer and H2O2-induced oxidative stress in human testicular cancer cells(8).

The finding of the effectiveness of Green Tea, Grape and Curcumin may serve as cornerstones of pharmaceutical target for further studies as well as a potential medication for treatment of  Liver cancer

People who are at increased risk of Testicular Cancer, due to family history, auto immunity,....should drink the juices at least one a day. People with Testicular Cancer  should drink the juice as much as  as they can depending to digestive toleration.
Life style and diet pattern change are recommended.
