The Incredible and Effective smoothie for Squamous cell skin  cancer with little or no adverse effect.

Yield: 2 serving (about 8 ounce each)

The finding of a natural source for treatment of Squamous cell cancer has been running into many obstacles, many ingredients showed initially with promising result in animal studies have not produced same potentials in either large sample size and mutli centers human trials.

Skin cancer is a medical condition of uncontrolled growth of abnormal skin cells and often detected at an early stage. Squamous cell cancer arises from the uncontrolled multiplication of transformed malignant cells in the middle layer of the epidermis.
Scientists working for some renowned institution may have found the ingredients from natural sources, including Green tea(1), blueberry(4) and apple(8) for reduced risk and treatment of Squamous cell cancer reported by most recent studies.

Green tea has been a precious drink in traditional Chinese culture and used exceptional in socialization for more than 4000 thousand years. Due to its commercial values and health effects, green tea now has been cultivated all over the world in suitable climate. According to the Gifu University, Graduate School of Medicine, epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG), a major polyphenol in green tea, suppressed the RECK gene in signalling cancer invasion in oral squamous cell carcinoma cell lines, through multiple mechanism(1).
Dr. Vyas S and colleagues at the Panjab University also suggested that in the study of the protective effect of tea consumption on risk of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), (-)-Epicatechin-3-gallate, of the principal catechins of green tea exhibits cancer-preventive activities in various animal models(2), including Squamous cell cancer. In a topical experiment, use of green tea concentrate plus Capsicum (Capsol-T®) for approximately 14 days, exhibited the apoptotic of carcinoma responded(3).
Dr. Clifford JL and Dr. DiGiovanni J. said,"..., green tea polyphenols in mouse models of UV-induced and chemically induced skin carcinogenesis and results of perillyl alcohol in a phase IIa clinical trial-all pointing to the great promise of this exciting approach for better understanding of and preventing skin cancer"(4), in the study of the promise of natural products for blocking early events in skin carcinogenesis.

Blueberry is a flower plant, belong to the family Eriaceae and native to Northern America.
Resveratrol, a phytochemical in the class of Stilbenoids, found abundantly in grape and blueberry has shown to exhibit anti human skin squamous cell carcinoma A431 xenograft effect through induced apoptosis of tumor cell(5).
Also in the human skin squamous cell carcinoma A431 xenografts, the phytochemical induced death of cancer cell line through upregulated the protein and mRNA expression of anti tumor expression proteins, p53 and to downregulated the protein and mRNA expression of the inhibitor of survivin gene(6).
Furthermore, resveratrol (RES), induced the processes critical for the growth inhibition of keratinocytes in vitro and in vivo of that showed a promising potential for reduced risk and progression of squamous cell skin cancer(7).

Ursolic acid is a phytochemincal in the subclass of Triterpenoid, belongings to the group of Terpenes found abundantly in apples, basil, bilberries, cranberries, peppermint, lavender, oregano, hawthorn, prunes., etc. The antioxidant exhibited strong and effective antitumor-promoting activity in an in vivo two-stage carcinogenesis test of mouse tumor, according to Ichimaru Pharcos Company Ltd.(8).
Dr. Kowalczyk MC and the colleagues at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in the study of skin cancer prevention suggested that the antioxidant protects the alternation of keratinocytes causes of tumor growth progression by acting as tumor inhibition in protected cells from hydrogen peroxide-induced DNA damage(9).

Taking altogether people who are at increased of squamous cell skin cancer  due to family history or gene mutation, occupation .....should drink at least one serving daily and people with squamous cell skin cancer should drink the smoothie as much as they can, depending to digestive toleration.
Change life style and diet pattern are also recommended.
