The finding of a natural source for treatment of Glomerulocystic kidney disease has been running into many obstacles, many ingredients showed initially with promising result in studies have not produced same potentials in large sample size and mutli centers human trials.
Glomerulocystic kidney disease is a rare cystic disease of kidney as a result of genetic mutation of gene (PKD1 and PKD2) or accquired due to intake of certain  medication by the mother such as phenacetin(1).

Phytoestrogens have shown to attenuate cyst pathogenesis and progression of Glomerulocystic kidney disease in animal studies, according to the West Virginia University(8).

Soy protein made from soybean dehulled and defatted meal may be effective for prevention and treatment of Glomerulocystic kidney disease(2). According to the University of Guelph, soy protein is effective in reduced the renal enlargement and cyst development associated with progression of polycystic kidney disease(3).
Dr. Pengted  CY and colleagues at the University of Manitoba suggested, regular intake of soy meal ameliorated the progression of polycystic kidney disease through selectively inhibited renal prostanoids and cyclooxygenases expression(4) in  relief pain and inflammation.

Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids found abundantly in flax, may also attenuated the progression and against bone loss associated with early Glomerulocystic kidney disease(5) through up-regulate renal (cyclooxygenases-2) COX-2 gene and protein levels(7). According to the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital, Brisbane, in vitro and in vivo experimental studies support the efficacy of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids on inflammatory pathways involved with the progression of kidney disease, including Glomerulocystic kidney disease(6) but well-designed, adequately powered, randomized, controlled clinical trials are necessary for further investigation.

The effectiveness of Alfalfa Sprouts, Fax Seed and Organic Soy Milk may serve as cornerstones of pharmaceutical target for further studies in production of a potential medication for for Reduced Risk  and treatment of Glomerulocystic kidney disease with little or no adverse effects.
People who are at increased risk of Glomerulocystic kidney disease  due to sexual active with many partners,..... should drink the smoothie twice a day and people with Glomerulocystic kidney disease should drink as much as they can, depending to the digestive toleration.
Life style and dietary patter change are recommended.
