1 cup flax oil(for Omega 3) or 1 cup hempseed oil(for Omega 6)
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 oregano
1 garlic clove, crushed

Combine all ingredients together, mixing well.Store remainder in refrigerator.
