250 g/2 small pots- I use fat- free
1/4 cucumber-peeled, quartered lengthwise, deseeded and grated
1/4 red onion - grated
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp chilli powder
salt to taste
mint or parsley finely chopped

1. whisk the yogurt smooth
2. Add the cucumber, onion, garam masla chili, salt and chopped mint or parsley; mix thoroughly
