Prep. 35 minutes
1/2 ounces soaked sea palm
1 carrot grated
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1/2 green onion, sliced
1/2 cucumber, seeded and finely julienned
1/4 oregano, crushed
1 pinch celery seed ground
1 clove garlic, finely minced
Soak sea palm in 1 cup of water for 15 minutes and drain. Blot sea palm dry with a clean towel. Cut sea palm into 1 inch piece. Stir ingredients together, salt to taste and enjoy.
